I hope it's just a bug in the app, but any reason why ur not showing City of Dreams when your Orando branch is?
Edit: "We would like the opportunity to look into the matter." Uh, it's your business. You have all the opportunity to do whatever you want. I guess I'll just have to make the hour drive to Orlando this holiday weekend and thanks Lakeland Cinemark for making my decision easy on CANCELING my subscription to you all. Whoever answers these reviews needs a refresher in customer service. Slapping your 1800 number down does nothing but infuriate me as a customer and the service you all are supposed to provide to the people who live here. It's your business, your app, and your showings. I shouldn't have to do anything, and I honestly shouldn't have to go to these lengths. You and your general manager should be figuring out why. It's not my business. It's yours and the employees who earn a paycheck there. Good day and God bless.

I am type one diabetic. A friend of mine who is also type one diabetic was given an impossibly hard time because he had a drink with him. His blood sugar was low and we grabbed a chic-fil-a drink for him and came through the movie line (with tickets we had purchased online). The attendant tried to poop her pants that he had an outside drink. Since he was drinking it because he was low, obviously he couldn’t explain appropriately why he had the drink. As someone who is type one as well (and not given the choice to exercise the diabetes away like someone with type two) this is infuriating. I get not wanting to have outside food/drink. But my health and the health of my friends is more important than the $5 the theater would’ve made. This ridiculous place needs to train its employees better on sensitivity to chronic and debilitating illnesses. Complete embarrassment. One of the ladies did give him a cup to pour his drink in, but it’s still a massive disappointment and interruption to have to do something like this. A pre purchased drink didn’t lose you money- your employee’s ignorance lost you the cost of 4 other drinks, because I had planned on buying my own as did the rest of our group. Absolutely embarrassing. Fix stupid things like this.

Convenient but the service is lacking, the popcorn was not made as I asked with the butter layered in and our hot dogs were cold. If I wasn't disabled I would have gone back out to let them know.

Ticketing has gone electronic by using your phone. Concessions are like all others very expensive.

Elizabeth Poll is the General Manager and on August 16th the Air Conditioning was completely out and we left the theater 20 minutes after it started for the new Alien movie. She told me no refund, no exchange of tickets and maybe she can squeeze me in for the next showing. Completely unacceptable and horrible customer service!! We spent $30 and was ripped off! I'd never treat a guest like her and she deserves to be Fired!

I called yesterday to ask about an alien popcorn bucket, some unintelligent young women there tells me they are not selling them on Thursday. So I wait until Friday to call and see if I can come up and buy one. They tell me they are sold out and were sold out on Thursday.

Always enjoy coming here. I love the recliner chairs, how comfortable the chairs are, and the spacing. I enjoy the snacks and drinks as well. One of mg favorite places to watch movies.
