The register girl was extremely rude and disrespectful to me as a customer and a former employee of the company I know customer service and kindness is important and because of the way I was treated I left without purchasing any of my collection of items and refused to give them business until the staff is properly professional and respectful and following the rules of the company and treat customers well as the training and guidelines of Circle k customer service requirements and follow the code of conduct with regard and courtesy for the consumer. Its sad the lack of people skills and attitudes of the workers who work there every day its inconsiderate self centered heartless people who have no sense of duty and integrity as employees of the customer service industry and if you aren’t a people person or have social skills you don’t need to work with customers or the public you put the value of the company and what it stands for to shame and a bad look losing lifelong customers to a different more friendly company spending money elsewhere and not helping profit

Went to use the washer for the windshield and there was no windshield wiper or washer fluid to even get a paper towel wet to clean your windshield....congested area with much traffic is not a good combination. Could really be the cause of car accidents or car wrecks

This has to be the worst store in Lakeland. You have five employees. Just standing around doing absolutely nothing while there's an entire line of people managers just standing there watching and the guy at the counter when you ask him for $10 worth of something. I don't understand why he has to ask nine times. Do you mean $10? Are you sure you want $10? The customer service at this store is just absolutely ridiculous. And then when you do bring it to the manager's attention all she does is roll her eyes. You should really train your employees and your management. Better your convenience store. You're supposed to be there for my convenience. Not make this a long drawn-out process. It shouldn't take 19 minutes to get something from the register when there's only three people in line

It may say it’s 24 hours but if the associate is mopping or doesn’t want to serve people don’t expect the doors to be unlocked.

By far the nastiest restroom I’ve ever experienced no soap no tp both toilets poop and blood with two employees working asks no customers in store no receipt paper at the pump smh 🤦♀️

Store was beyond dirty, fountain machine were disgusting. Frosted machine was out of order and leaking. Lines were long one working was on his phone while the other tended to customer. Customer complaining about gas pump not working but her card was charged for the gas she didn't receive. Cashier tells her the funds will be refunded back to her card, but she still needed gas in that moment. So that made the situation even more awkward. As I go to walk out back to my car after making my purchase. I witness a gentleman, assaulting a woman, and everybody around me. Just watching like this is normal for this area. I was totally shocked before I could get my phone out to call for help or at least try to take a picture of his license plate. They were gone and all I could do was put my kid in the car and can get far away from there. That was my first time and last time at that location. If I didn't have an appointments nearby, I would never go back in that area again.

I saw a woman pay for gas. Her husband came in asking if she had already paid for the gas and she said yes. The man replied that the gas pump was not working to the attendant behind the counter. The attendant asked if he had already placed the gas nozzle back inside the holder and the man replied yes because it wasn’t working. The attendant advised that they would have to repay for the gas! When the woman asked to speak with the manager, the attendant said he was the manager. I remember this happening many years ago at the Circle K in Thonotosassa to an elderly woman I knew. It was rectified because I threatened to call the home office. Maybe this is really how Circle K really does business. I’ll not be apart of it!

This is absolutely ridiculous, being harassed for money every time you visit this location is downright outrageous. 02/17/2025 I visited the store, just to be asked by four homeless gentleman for money. What makes matters worse is that staff is aware of these people soliciting money out front of their store, but refuse to do anything about it. I witnessed one of the gentlemen standing right next to the counter while people try to conduct their transaction. Instead of the employee asking this patron to back up or wait outside, She proceeded to have a full conversation with this person. I understand not every store will be perfect, but it is very unsettling when you have someone standing inches away from you while you type in your pin number for your debit card.

If you're looking for anything other than gas you will be disappointed because that's the only thing this location is good for. They hardly ever have any warm food and when they do they have been sitting for so long the cheese and meat are hard, the rollers have been wrapped in individual boxes recently and they are always stale and hard, a few times people have started fights in the store which I understand you can't really control but why let the person who started the fight back into the store? There are some employees who are very nice and helpful, they do the best they can when there is a long line. Gas is about the only positive thing this place has going for it

Very poor customer service. I wouldn't recommend going here. There's short staffed and rude. Lines are extremely long. There's always an argument between the customers and the employees. Some employees feel they have power. They talk very rude. I have personally seen them antagonize people just to get a reaction so they can put you out the store. Because they're so short and understaffed the character of people that they hire is not good
