The guy pauly witch is the manager is rude and unkind he doesn't say attention to customers and don't respect no one that's trying to buy something behind the counter , come there everyday and buy from the store and today he ask me to leave the store because I didn't tell him I was at self checkout and that I holded up the line so he said he was not gonna let me buy the beer and he told me to never come back.id like a response from the head store manager please.

I go to this location pretty much everyday for a Polar pop. The staff never really interact with me - I self-check every time & it is quick. Today, while getting my drink, the 2 staff ladies were discussing chicken or steak, and other personal things...no interactions with any of the customers. I put my soda on the self checkout, but it hadn't reset from last customer. Staff girl was standing next to counter, still chatting with co-worker behind counter...she says "pull your drink off to let it reset". I replied that I was just going to, and that I'm in the store every day, using self-check. She says "I was just trying to help, you don't have to be rude". I left my drink on the checkout, started to leave...now she follows me saying "I'm a nice person and talk to everyone". Well, I'm there every day and she's never spoken to me, or other customers from what I've seen. I like self-check because it avoids lines, but the staff seem to think self-check means they don't need to have customer skills.
This girl follows me out of the store telling me how she is helpful to everyone and again, is a nice person. I said "please stop following me and talking to me.". She again says how she talks with everyone and is taking the trash out. Well, taking the trash out is good, but there was NO NEED to follow me to the pump area while yelling at me how nice she is.
The appropriate response, when first noticing the issue, would've been "hi, can I help with that - sometimes the machine gets stuck."
Either way, in no way do you follow a customer out of store and harass them all the way to their car.
A few weeks ago, I pulled something out of 75% off bin and staff didn't know how to discount it...that girl said she'd take $1.50 off but I said that's not even half off - it was $3.19 originally...

Same guy complained about here before but they don’t do anything about him. Paul just stands there while people waiting to buy beer. He says Rudely “there self checkout” and I tell him someone needs an ID check. He gets all mad and is rude to the customer and insinuates he’s paying with fake money (it wasn’t). Then he hardly wants to help me with something behind the counter after I ask 3 times stands there pretending not to hear. I say sorry you had to do your job today and he gets super mad. Useless clerk. Hire someone who does their job. Read all the reviews about late night it’s all the same guy who everyone is complaining about. They refuse to do anything. To think there’s hardworking Americans without jobs and this guy treats his job like a joke. At least pretend to care. We all do.
Edit. Looking closer this guy has been racking up complaints for the past year. Almost all the one star reviews are because of him. What a joke they still haven’t done anything. Never bringing my business here as long as he is still there. Go across the street for real customer service.

Only reason i gave it one star is because it wont go any lower. All i can say is that i was greeted by a hostile clerk who told me i xouldnt be standing in front of the store I literally walked up to that store to catch my ride share before i even had a chance to walk in the store to make a purchase, i was confronted by this carnival ride operator look alike who promptly told me I could not be standing there. So i moved away from the spot i was standing just to check my phone to see how far away my ride was when he reemerged with a telephone to call the police. If you have to stop to get gas in this area i would avoid this place at all cost instead i strongly recommend that You go across the street to the other circle k there store is cleaner the staff is friendly and best of all they have a taco bus!!!

My experience at that store was uncalled for my son-in-law and I were disrespected by one of your workers there that’s named Paul. I do not appreciate him not doing his job ignoring people when they go in there and stuff when they’re asking for assistance on the self check out he wants to act like he doesn’t see nobody and hear nobody and that wants to be rude and disrespectful to people does the second incident I’ve done had with this gentleman and I will not be going back to that store while he’s working and I will be following a complaint with the manager tomorrow

I would like to love the store, but every time I am there, there is a large 18 wheeler parked lengthwise blocking access to the pumps. And, when in the store I am always “encouraged” to use self check out. I do NOT use self checkout. I don’t work for them.

The guy that works night shift got smart with me and made me feel really uncomfortable. He wouldn't sell me my stuff. I already didn't like him as soon as I seen this guy. He has a real bad additude. He needs to get fired asap and is not fit to work with the public.

When I started traveling for work. This use to be my go to Circle K. But changes in staff meant changes in work. Men's restroom is always trashed. Containers and boxes are always blocking the aisles. 5 or 6 of my soda's on the fountain are either really flat or out. And every time I come in there. They are serving lunch items instead of breakfast. And that's normally before 10.

Had a flat. Gas station had no fix a flat or anything useful. Manager making the whole group uncomfortable “how old are you i gotta make sure you are legal” disgusting behavior.

Literally the worst experience of my life. I will NEVER return to this store. The assistant manger older gentleman with long grey hair who always works night shift has the worse customer service and refuses to help you. He called the police stating I refuse to leave his store because I asked for the store managers name.

Self check out sucks when you're trying to buy cigarettes or lotto and the cashier is more concerned with making pizza at 4am.

Great gas stop before venturing onto I4, it the bathrooms are really bad. After that I did not even look around the store.
2 star because the pump worked flawlessly and we were on our way.
This place needs a refresh really bad.

This store was disgusting, the microwave was nasty dirty, the roller grill looked like it hadn't been cleaned for days, and the counters were sticky and full of food spillage. There were salt and sugar packets on the floor along with some food. The workers never greeted me or even said anything when I left. The parking lot was full of cars.
I know this location gets crazy busy, and the workers were doing trash and working behind the counter, but if the 3 of them I saw can't keep up, maybe they need more help or something. I didn't even want to go in the bathroom seeing how the rest if the store was.
