Got my ears pierced at Claires and the Piercing got infected even when I used the cleanser and the lady there didn’t make the piercing even. Now I have lopsided piercing, and can’t put a piercing in that ear.

The mall itself is a bit sparce and behind with the times, but this store is great, as are the staff. It's right by the food court, Bath & Body Works, and Hot Topic. My kids don't want for much more than that.

Very rude manager (African American lady). Awful customer service. Very unpleasant experience. Bad attitude, very arrogant, she does not know how to treat customers. She even humiliated an employee in front of us. Claire’s at Lakeland Square Mall.

Not even the first time this has happened: went to this location today, doors were locked, lights on, but no note. Lady at a nearby kiosk says the employees lock the door and go out for breaks. Waited 20 minutes and no-show. Now, I have an upset 6 year old who had been counting down the days since her ears were pierced and healed so that she could get some new ones. I like supporting stores at the mall to keep them open versus places like Walmart and Target but it’s kind of hard to when I can’t be certain that they’re open during posted open hours.

What a costly, painful nightmare having out ears pierced at Claire's has turned into. Mid-January my daughter and I went to get our ears pierced for her tenth birthday. She got her second holes and I got my cartilage. We rigorously followed the aftercare instructions, cleaning three times per day, twisting and turning, etc. $$ Fast forward to early February, our piercings dont seem to be healing properly. One of my daughters is red and swollen and mine is hot, painful to touch, and unbelievably swollen. We up our vitamins and cleaning to 5 times a day. Come the 12th of February we go into a tattoo shop to have them look. Shocker, we both have raging infections. Mine is far worse. Hers is just starting. The 100 percent titanium they put in my highly sensitive daughter's ears is not titanium at all and the posts on both sets are too short to allow room for healing. They change them out in a sterile manner, drain the infections locally $$$send us to the doctor for antibiotics and tell ys you should never twist and turn jewelry. $$$$$ The doctor says they shattered my cartilage causing my ear to cauliflower slightly. Stsrting to get better thankfully, first pic is before treatment second one is now. All in all, never going to Claire's to be pierced again and am permanently scarred by the experience.

Went in to get a few things for a photoshoot that am planning for Christmas. This lady African American was kind of rude she tells me if I buy 3 the other 3 was free. I get three extra items and she was rude asking which of the items I wanted. Unprofessional and straight up deceiving! This use to be my favorite store but you guys lost a customer!

They convinced my mom (78) yrs old that buy 3 get 3 free. 78 dollars later she had 6 hair clips! Come on. 19.99 for a HAIR CLIP???? not impressed folks

My 12 year old daughter got her ear pierced today (January 15) and she pierced one ear good but the other she pierced from a angle and it was side ways and the back of the earring would not go on!!!! they made me pay full price and she was so mad and upset ?☹️ it was for a birthday gift!!! Im so mad so now she only has 1 second piercing done and the other is out
