“Such friendly and helpful staff here! The environment is so welcoming and they have a lovely selection of things for varying interests. As someone who has a lot of geeky interests and just listens to a lot of different music, I had a great time looking through all the stuff available and even picked up some cute Howl’s Moving Castle Earrings!
I’d also say with the lower lighting than most stores and the kind staff, if you’re easily an anxious type of person, you’re really put at ease here, or at least I was lol. It does get a little crowded at times because it is a small store, but it’s not hard to navigate through.

“I went to the store for the deal of build a deck + $65. I had some prior knowledge of skateboarding but I'm mostly a longboarder. The tall gentleman with a white shirt and glasses was an experienced skater and was able to help me through the building process and told me the finer details of building the “perfect” board. He was a nice bubbly person and his intuition helped me feel confident in what he offered me even when it seemed like he was lowkey trying to upsell me, but we’re talking about already expensive equipment. I would recommend buying a board here if you live in the lakeland area and are a beginner skateboarder.”

“i had an amazing experience at this location thanks to kaiya! she noticed me wandering aimlessly around the children’s section (unbeknownst to me) holding shorts that ended up not even making it past my lower thighs when trying them on, and took pity on my poor helpless soul by offering her assistance. rather than simply showing me the size chart after seeing how hopelessly clueless i was, she helped me pick out multiple pairs of jeans in various sizes to help me figure out which one fit me best. she also helped me explore different styles that i was unfamiliar with, which helped me leave with the perfect pair of jeans that i never would’ve tried without her help! very happy with my experience there today, and her name is neat as well.”

“The store was very clean and well stocked. Staff was friendly. Their clearance section has dwindled down a lot. I used to be able to get $5 jeans and now there's really nothing but tiny tanks on clearance. That's kinda disappointing. All in all this is a great go to store for teens of any and all genders.”
