Tom and staff were amazing. My ancient laptop died and they were able to transfer all the data from the old to the new. Prices and options were clearly explained. They were also very polite and kind to all the customers and didn’t make anyone feel foolish with their questions. Highly recommend!

A computer glitch resulted in a file containing years' worth of important papers to disappear from my desktop. I used every search trick that the internet had to offer to find the folder with no luck. I took my PC to ComputerXpress at 5303 Florida Avenue S in Lakeland to let them take a crack at it. It took a couple days, but they were able to find the missing file with all of my important papers intact! I was very impressed with their skill and professionalism. And I will certainly go to them if I should ever have problem with my PC. It's good to know that there are top-notch computer technicians here in Lakeland.

I did not like this service at all or how they treated my case. Not serious and they never clearly told me the problem with my computer. I don't recommend it to anyone.

We came to the store because our son had a problem with his computer a few months ago . Our son’s experience was great: how he was treated, how they solved the problem , the cost and the time from beginning to completion.
I am a small non profit that needs to save money to help others. I will come back, I appreciate the honesty, the friendly service, I purchased a laptop from them and I am pleased with it .

PC quit, so I took it to Computer Xpress, and they checked it and told me it was beyond help and would cost as much to fix as another they are selling, so I bought it and they hung in with me till it was running perfectly. Great folks there.

Great service, very helpful, also provided a couple of tips for some other minor issues. My laptop was back prior to the promised and the fix came in $100 less than expected.
