Horrible experience!Would not recommend Conn’s HomePlus. I ordered about $5,000 worth of merchandise & all I can say is both the Furniture & Appliances are poor quality, they might even be refurbished items. I've reached out so many times, no one seems to want to hold themselves accountable & or help. At this point, I need Mr. Norman Miller to reach out to me directly. Because this is just terrible.

When into order a bed, it was a very smooth process, Got additional credit I was approved for got exactly what I wanted.It was Friday at five, they had told me the delivery wouldn't happen till Monday while I was still in there. In the Clarence department, the phone rang. And they were delivering the next day.Bought a washer dryer from there last year, Great Experience so far ten out of ten.

Conn’s took very good care of me and gave me exactly what I wanted with next day delivery. I need several other items for my new apartment and I will be back there soon to get what I need. They went the extra mile and made everything very easy. Go to Conn’s and they will take very good care of you!

Very Unprofessional, if zero was an option this establish would have received that as a rating. I placed an order and scheduled delivery was on 09/20/2023 so I took that day off. Delivery magically changed overnight to 09/21/2023, I called the location and spoke to Aaliyah and explained I will be working from 7am-5pm and needed the latest delivery. She placed me on hold and scheduled for 345-645 and stated she notated the acct. on 09/21/2013 I get a call at 1:30 that drivers will be there in 30 min. What part of I won’t be home didn’t they understand? Driver then calls again and says don’t you have a sister or brother, like don’t you think if I had someone I wouldn’t care when the shipment came? It’s obvious no one was available, let’s not be foolish! Then I get multiple calls at 3:30 that they’re at the gate, like uhmmm okayyyyy, no one is there so you can leave. Then the store calls 3 times, what part of I’m at work didn’t these individuals get??!!!! I called the store back and spoke to some individual that her name began with a T and told her to cancel the order. She then stated that she would reach out to e-commerce and I ended the call. Not even 2 min later I get three calls. I’m at work, I’m not interested and you guys are very unprofessional!

I got denied ? for finance They talk a good game and say yea you will get approval and I'm very picky about my credit BTW MY CREDIT IS ABOVE 750 and the person who help me said I don't understand I was was so upset but hey thing happened good luck

Guys This is my second review in a week and I'm starting to believe this was a bad Idea. I was told when I went into Conn's I was told That my Credit would not be pulled cause in was in house financing and found out that wasn't so which make me very angry cause buy them pulling my credit which they said they wouldn't It's dropped my credit score 20 point First the sales person switch the price and now this.

So, here is a long story short. First off, I will never deal with this company ever again. My first time purchasing a couch online and I get an email stating it is ready to be picked up at one location so I drive an hour and a half there to be told that that was a mistake and it is another hour and a half away at a different location. I verify with customer service that said couch is at other location and get sent a confirmation and pick my pick up time. I get to second location after driving a total of three hours now and I get here five minutes after they close due to weather and traffic, and all I get is a sorry nothing we can do, you’ll have to come back a different day. now I live an hour and a half away to get home with no couch. This experience has been absolutely horrible from the beginning and I will never ever ever buy from these people again. I hope someone that matters in their organization reads these and looks into my case or contacts me because this company has major issues that they need to fix.

They don't have an efficient way to make a purchase. Took 20 minutes to check out. At check out you have sign that you received the item in good working condition. But then they make you drive 1000 feet around to the back of the building where you now have to check in, they take pictures of your drivers license and make a very invasive profile. Then they take their sweet time. For a simple purchase that would have taken 10 minutes at any other store it took 1:20. Really. The extra 45 minute wait for someone to retrieve a small box and bring it to the warehouse door threw me over the edge of patience.

This is by far one of the best furniture stores in the area. Everyone is great and the delivery team is one of the best. Customer service is top notch and had my living room set delivered in 5 days.

Don’t ever purchase furniture from them. Had a brand new sectional delivered and waited hours for delivery. Finally was delivered and we were all ready to leave town for the weekend. Literally they put it together signed off and they left and we left. We came back on Monday to return to work and school for the kiddos and finally got to sit on them on Thursday evening so 6 days later. I put my arm down on the arm rest and noticed it was making noise and then started to feel around it and I could feel it was broken. Spent 2 days trying to get through through customer service and was on hold for hours even opted to do the return call back and never received one. Finally 2 weeks later I was able to put in a claim they sent a repair company and they stated it could not be fixed. They said they would let Conns know and I received and email that it is not covered and there is nothing they can do for me. So I paid $3,000 for a couch that is broken and yet there is nothing they will do for me. They are horrible in customer service and nobody wants to help. I asked for the couch to be picked up as I would not pay my bill and yet nobody has contact me but if I didn’t pay the monthly bill I am sure I would get a call. This is not right. You all are fraud and need to be closed down. How is this right? I even said I would keep it as I could try to find a repair company that would fix it but expect a discount but of course no response on that either. What a surprise. I will never purchase anything from any Conn’s stores again.

We purchased new living room furniture from Conn's (Lakeland) in July 2022. We noticed that the loveseat felt crooked when we sat in it and thought maybe it needed to settle a bit. After a few weeks we noticed that the seat was not settling and was very uncomfortable to sit in. We had purchased the insurance so we placed a claim in September 2022. Someone came out, looked at the furniture and agreed the seat portion needed to be replaced. At the time of inspection we noticed a Scuff on the leg portion of the recliner, which was also covered by the insurance, so we were told. We then received many automated text messages for several months telling us that the part was ordered and once it was received we would schedule the repair. Then suddenly, we received a text stating that our repairs were denied. After several months of being told it was approved and we were waiting on the part. We called Conn's about our claim and was told it was denied due to the small Scuff. We are now told the insurance does not cover scuffs even though we were assured by the sales staff that it did. It is now April of 2023. We finally received the part. The gentleman came out to repair the loveseat. This time we are told they sent the wrong part and it now has to be reordered. I do NOT recommend purchasing furniture from Conn's. For the money, the product is CHEAPLY made garbage and their insurance is as useless as their product.

By appointment only, Long waiting times, overall be ready to spend 3-4 hours. No bathroom
