Just took our first CrossFit class in about 3 years at OCI and it was a GREAT experience! Spacious, clean facility and a very friendly group of people. Caylyn was so helpful and encouraging! Will definitely be back 🎉

Gym was very welcoming and the coach Sydni was knowledgeable of the lifts to be performed and proper form. I dropped in from out of town and will be back next time I’m in the area!

Owner and members make you feel very comfortable. Being new to this gym I didn't know what to expect and I was welcomed with open arms. I had to leave this gym due to work schedule issues in moving out of town. No issues with canceling my membership no jumping through hoops. Just honest good people. Can't wait to come back!!!

Just wow! I dropped in while visiting from out of town and I was blown away by how nice everyone was! Truly no egos in sight, people were so welcoming and there was a great team spirit. I'm also very impressed by the efficient use of space and equipment, they really maximize the space they have. I will definitely be coming back to work out next time I'm in Lakeland :)
