I wish I could give this place zero stars! I was running very low on a very important medication. I'd been waiting to be notified that it was ready. When that didn't happen, I went on the CVS app. It said my medication was CANCELLED!!! I tried calling the store, but it rang for over 33 minutes with no one answering! So I went up to CVS and the pharmacist lied. He said my provider "cancelled " my medication and I'd have to call and get it reordered. When I asked which provider and why wasn't I notified? He then changed and said I (me) looked up an old prescription number. I told him I didn't use a prescription number, it was on the app. He then said he could fill it! I told him this could have been cleared up over the phone. He told me they were too short staffed to answer the phone. I told him that sick people should not have to come up to the pharmacy when it could have been handled over the phone! He then got really smart with me. I told him I if I called corporate that maybe that would let corporate know how short staffed they are. He said it wouldn't matter. They would just have him call me in a few days! So I said maybe corporate would care if they lost business and he said "Nope- that's why we have contracts with insurers "!!! So in other words, they can treat customers like crap because they have us (customers) by the short hairs! How's that for customer service??? I'm calling my insurer tomorrow to see if I have another option! If not, I'll change location!!! I don't care if I have to drive a little further to not have to put up with a jerk whom has lost credibility with me!

Don't understand why they are promoting any individual selling real estate. Definitely other real estate sales people should take their info in and let cvs market for them!

Kendall is a God send. I recently found out my new insurance does not cover my medications until I reach my annual deductible. Meaning for most of the year, I have to pay completely out of pocket. I wasn't sure how I was going to be able to afford my medications, but I need them so no choice I guess. To my surprise and infinite gratitude, Kendall was able to find and apply a coupon that cut my expense in half. All this with no prompting or requests on my part, but just her evident care for her customers. Thank you again Kendall, for doing more than you had too just to make sure someone else's situation was the best you could help male it.

Literally one of the worst CVS pharmacies. The service is subpar, receiving medication is laughable, I don't like it, and it sucks the life of you to be here just to receive some basic patient care. I would never recommend this CVS to anyone.

I am soooo pist now. The guy in the pharmacy was so RUDE to my husband. My husband had to go there bc the insurance made him go there to pick up his prescription. With him standing there the guys closes the pharmacy shutters and briefly speaks to him through the shutters and says we don't have your prescription, how would he know if he didn't look it up. This is medication that he desperately needs. I feel I need to report this and make a big stink through the news and social media. You are employed by CVS is CVS okay with their employees treating customers like this. I am going to take this to the top. I have read their reviews and apparently this is common behavior.

I just moved my prescriptions back to CVS from Walgreens because their prices are so much better and open 24 hours. It is now 12:40 AM....I have been on hold for the pharmacy for 45 minutes. Am I crazy or should there not be someone answering the phone at this hour? I cannot understand how any business can stay open like this...but, it is Lakeland and seems typical for everything here! Guess when all are equally horrible, no one cares!

Just acknowledge me. Please. Let me know you know I’m standing 5 feet from you and looking straight at you. Just tell me you’ll be with me in a moment. Even if you know someone else will take care of me. At least that will soften the blow of finding out you don’t have what I’m looking for after waiting 5-10 minutes without any other customers in line. I get that’s not your fault, even though every other pharmacy can keep those items, but just aren’t 24hr. I’ve never felt less like a person than when “interacting” with the pharmacy staff at this location, especially after 8pm.

I used to like this store. Some new manager was there. We went to get last minute Easter cause we’ve had to work and couldn’t get anything. Only store open. So we went here. Just so happens our toddler was with us as late as it was yes. Like I said we needed last min items. She was being a kid and a heavy set blonde lady said we needed shoes on her . Ok she was with her brother and had just kicked them off. She just so happened to walk in and see that. I told her she did have shoes on! Then she told us we need to control our kid! Um excuse me. You don’t tell me how to control my kid! She was being an average toddler! I’ve definitely seen worse. She was playing with her brother that was with us! Excuse me I’m not perfect and we shopped late! I will NEVER go back to that store. They just lost my prescription business! And trust me we go there a lot! Oh and she signed to my husband FU. She flicked her chin!

The pharmacy manager is not a people person I received someone else medication and he did not give me the other prescription as prescribed by the doctor. He did not tell me they did not have the medication. I guess he thought it was okay to give me something else. He need to take a class on how to handle customers when they mistake. I move my medicine to a different pharmacy.

Got out of the hospital at midnights and needed a prescription filled, search for a 24-hour pharmacy and found this one only to get there and be told that the prescription will not be filled till 9 in the morning the next day (needed antibiotics and pain killer post surgery) the nighttime pharmacist was extremely rude and unhelpful. Got up at 7 in the morning and tried to call for almost an hour just to sit on hold and I reach anyone at all just trying to see if it was ready so just wait till 9 in pain just to go up there an it still not be ready, waiting in line for 30mins just to be told it isnt ready. What a shot show. Go somewhere else if you can
