Absolutely the worst pharmacy in Polk County. I am a provider, the "pharmacist" told me I was "breaking the law" writing a prescription for migraine medication for a patient who has my last name, as if no Dr. SMITH could have a patient with that name. Completely incorrect. Told my other patient it was a "red flag" that my prescription says my office is in Jacksonville and she's in Polk County, as if Travel nursing and online apps done exist. Today 2/18/25, I pressed to speak with Pharmacist to call in a refill for a patient, he said you're calling in a prescription, I said yes, he stopped speaking and sent me to the voice mail. Completely unprofessional

Pharmacy folks have been pretty good so far along with deliveries for medications. However ordering other items is hit and miss. My first OTC shopping and delivery went well. But I forgot a few things so I went back to order them. All of it was canceled five minutes later. No explanation just cancelled.

Why do they always seem like they want to fight and they hate there jobs here their attitudes are horrible if it was not for them being so close, I would never come here or that my daughter’s medicine will take the Publix pharmacy I would never deal with CVS and they wonder why they’re closing Stores around the US

The Pharmacy manager Gerad is very disrespectful, rude, unprofessional, and not helpful at all. I will never trust CVS to fill my prescriptions again because of him. He refused to fill my prescription while I was standing there in tears and pain and yes it was time for my refill. 1st off I went in to find out why my medication had changed. GERAD the pharmacist advised me it had not changed and I was wrong. I took a pill out, and advised him once again my medication had changed, and that I had to take almost 3 x's my recommended amount some days,and the color was different. He processed to tell me I was wrong as he walked over to a big bottle of medicine opened it up, and poured a handful out into his unprotected nasty hands which then contaminated the whole bottle. As soon as I saw the medicine I said thats it, that's my medicine and showed him the medicine that I had in my hand was different. He imminently said they were having an issue with my prescription and I would have to call my doctor.... This ###### ######!!!! This CVS is awful I've never had an issue with CVS until they closed my regular store down and transferred all my prescription to this location. They are closing the wrong locations and getting ride of the wrong people. No one person should be able to refuse a person their medication. I wonder how many other people have had to go home and suffer all night because of this man. He should out right be fired!!!!!!!! I will be posting on all social media sites about CVS and this man... Something has to be done to stop people like him... I will be posting and making calls until I make it happen for myself and anyone else who has had to deal with this type of situation.. Horrible place for meds, there was a prescription for my father that we had to stop bec he was having reactions, called pharmacy 2 months in a row so they removed from system, i went on mothers day to pick up his meds, i paid and took it bec they didnt go over meds info and when i got
To the house noticed, didnt open and try to take back and i was told they cant refund the $50, so it will be the last time with them, transferring everything to Cleveland Pharmacy asap

Joey and Alta however her name is spelled was very rude I came through the drive-thru to pick up my medicine Joey was rude so I pulled out of the drive-thru and came inside once I did come in Joey and Alta thought it was okay to try to argue with me the customer Joey said I could go pick up my stuff somewhere else and I told him no this is where it was sent this is where I will be picking up from.I was greeted by Ms.Jennifer who was a sweet heart helped me with everything I needed and had questions about my medication and also something I got off the shelf.Alta told a store employee I took a picture of her when I did not I was on the phone with my brother I asked for her both of the names of who had on blue Alta stated they do not give out names for complaints but I got it from the girl that was stocking.She came up to me and said we can’t take pictures of them but I did not and asked her if she wanted to see my photos. This overall experience was horrible I will never come back to any cvs due to those 3 people.CVS has lost all of my business and my family’s business.We will be calling our doctors offices tomorrow morning to inform them to transfer all medicines to Walgreens moving forward!

I have been trying for 2 days calling these everyday my daughter has a prescription that was on a monthly call in and they did it till January and then it stopped but she needs her medicine now and I've been calling in and every time I call in I can't talk to nobody they don't know the prescription number I give them and it's been there for years cuz the thing cannot prescription number right so I never get to talk to anybody and she is without her epilepsy medicine I can't get through to them on the phone the phone hangs up on me every time the last time I was there I stood in line for 10 minutes while everybody stood on a phone and never answered me yeah I was the only one in line but to me and when I where I work the customer is standing in front of you is more important than the people on the phone I liked it at the other location before they moved over there and I will be moving my prescriptions and my daughter's prescriptions back to Walgreens or at least people act like they care

I feel bad for the pharmacy help here they try to do their jobs but are completely understaffed. I stood in line for forty minutes whilebone guy was trying to get his medication straighted out with the pharmacist. There was no one else to help. Every time I come in there is new staff and a new pharmacist. This is because the management is trying to make do with a smaller staff. Either their pay is terrible or they force too much in the employees.
To the management of this pharmacy, your pissing off customers by trying to screw over your employees. There are more than one pharmacy around.

Do not trust this pharmacy. I was trying to fill a script for 30 days of a medication that each one last 2 to 3 days. Most normal people would say oh, you need 10 to 15. They handed me one box. Containing 5 of the medication and tried to charge me a full month's co pay. I said no, this is less than half a month's worth. I actually stood at the counter and did the math for the pharmacist. He said they'd make a note and I could come back for the rest later. I told them to send it all back and I'd fill it somewhere else. I would be VERY wary of any unsealed medication dispensed by this pharmacy. They don't know how to count or add.

Today we came to pick up medicine after a doctors appointment for our 5 yr old who has disabilities we found out he needs surgery today we cried as we drove to cvs my husband and I to pick up our sons sleeping meds Erik who couldn’t hear us spell Kane’s name because our throats were muffled from crying proceeded to get louder as he asked, got nasty and rude and was condescending as he spoke to us he sarcastically repeated our sons name to us as if the name was stupid to him on top of all that we have been through today this was crushing !!!! and unnecessary I’m extremely disappointed that this is how we were treated over the spelling and hearing of a name he had no patience, no care and expressed it openly with no shame almost as if he was making fun of us with an attitude Eye rolling I mean it was ridiculous really how can this be someone who works with patience horrible experience I mean horrible

I recommend this pharmacy and store they treat you with respect but no shows them respect they are professional , very helpful ,they deal with people on a daily basis that are impossible to please but they make sure they do what they can people get very impatient the pharmacy they will do what they can and handle the patient accordingly sometimes it doesn't go our way but we need understand their job means more them as it should so they take it seriously and remember we all have bad days but some how they make it better if they can I've only seen 1/2 time's that I upset me and others and it was handled that person nolonger works there ,other than that they are the best pharmacy I've been to besides Bartow pharmacy. I strongly recommend this pharmacy and store.
