I've typically had good experiences here. However I had an appointment to get vaccines, but I didn't get seen until 50 minutes after my appointment time despite following the directions I received via text. Then the pharmacist told me that there was an insurance issue and refused to explain why he was so delayed.

The pharmacist is racist and doesn’t understand or respect no one’s time but his own. I went to pickup up a Rx (inside store because I had another purchase to make). The pharmacist said that he didn’t see one. I asked if he can fill it, he said I needed to get in my car and drive to the drive up window to ask the other agent because he had a long line of people. So, he couldn’t click a few buttons. I wasn’t asking him to just fill it right there, I wasn’t asking him to put the order in. Mind you, the drive-thru closes at 1:30 and he asked me to put my baby ba k in the car seat, and drive around, while the clock was 1:25.

The last couple delivery orders I’ve placed they canceled multiple items claiming they’re out of stock. I go up there the same day and those same items are in fact in stock. Very frustrating.

Due to my insurance I am obligated to get my prescriptions at this CVS location. I hate going into this one. The pharmacy tech are rude, not customer service oriented and there is one that keeps the money coupons rebates for herself. That's not right. I'm glad I don't have to visit that place anymore.

One of worst stores ever they are literally incapable of filing a single script, one of the most gross incompetent places I have ever been, has script transfered cause cheaper took almost 2 days for 1 measly script and at end of it all they filled the wrong medicine completely, if u don't have to stay the hell away from CVS they honestly should not even be in business

If I could give a -000 Stars. This place is a joke! They used to be good about 10 years ago. Ever since the pandemic happened they have become rude, they don't have enough workers, and they never ever ever answer their phone even from other pharmacies! Do not go here if you do you're going to regret it!

DO NOT GO TO THE CLINIC HERE unless you want to become more sick. My young sister went while very sick, the provider told her she was fine that it was allergies and convinced her to get the FLU vaccine and to come back the next day and get the meningitis vaccine. With two vaccines while her immune system was down it caused her to become a lot more sick, and not be able to get out of bed. She ended up going to another clinic where she was diagnosed with an ear and throat infection.she was also taught to never take a vaccine shot while sick again.
THIS PROVIDER SHOULD RECONSIDER THEIR REASON TO PRESCRIBE AND THINK OF THEIR PATIENTS AND NOT THEIR BONUS $$ FOR VACCINES.
From one medical field worker to another … you’re disgusting.

Needed my prescription because I was out and they stated that even though it was in inventory and readily available that I would have to wait 24-48 hours. Go elsewhere.
Update: Walmart, a pharmacy I have never used before, filled it several hours later.
The CVS pharmacist told me it would be impossible to fill same day and acted like I've never been in a pharmacy before. Yet here I am, same day with the drug in hand.

Today I went to this location to ask about a prescription. The person in the pharmacy desk was soooooo rude. He needed I repeat 2 times my phone number and when I tried to ask if he got it correctly, he just raise his voice and talked over me in front all people in the place “M’AM I ALREDY CHECK IT”. And he decided move me with someone else. I didn’t understand why, he just didn’t want to continue with me. I stay calm, didn’t raise my voice and said nothing, just “thank you”. And yes, he said everybody good night when finish but that phrase is killed with all his bad attitude. It was my first and last time in this place. Sunday 09/22, 640pm

Went to a nearby dentist and had a tooth extracted. Received a script for penicillin, an antibiotic so common most pharmacies don't even charge for it anymore; however, CVS was closer.
Total cost was just a couple bucks for a week's supply but the tech insisted on running my insurance to see if it would pay. I said cash and they insisted on insurance.
Long story short, I had to wait over an hour only to discover my insurance wouldn't pay only because they couldn't correlate the medicine with any doctor's appointment (because they don't cover dentistry, I didn't even bring it up to them).
Then they made me wait another half hour before finally giving me the stupid meds.
Now I know why my neighbor states CVS must stand for Crappy Vapid Service.
