This place is a JOKE! my husband is sick as a dog and went in hoping to get some meds so he can feel better and walks out paying $150 for them to say buy a cough drop. WHAT THE AF!

This place is an embarrassment to even be called a pharmacy…first CVS just close your nothing but a safety risk…inexperienced rude employees pharmacist hasn’t a clue which is scary!! If you need medication go somewhere else and we should all pray CVS goes bankrupt and out of business…safety concerns!!

Avoid if you canThe pharmacist is completely incompetent, tried to make me overpay multiple times demanding I need to take up the overcharge with my insurance before finally changing to the brand name prescription where it was less than double the generic prescription.This is not the first time I was charged incorrectly.Definitely check to make sure they're actually running your insurance because they will not think twice before charging you double what you should pay them saying "they don't issue refunds" even tho on their receipt it says they do..They demanded I come in so they could add my insurance even tho it was added the previous timeIF THERE IS ANY WAY YOU CAN YOU WILL NOT REGRET AVOIDING THIS PHARMACY

Bad service in farmacy need a transfer on a prescription and the guy in charge in farmacy didn't want it to transfer my prescription to wallgreens because he was busy all day I was waiting all day for it and he didn't do it he was rough with me I call my doctor to do it directly, I will call there corporate office to let them know.

Horrible customer service. Called to see if my husbands prescription was ready which nobody answered the phone for over 30 min. Within the next hour I got the text it was ready. We go to pick up his prescription and there were 3 staff members inside and we sat there for a good 10 minutes without ever being acknowledged. The young lady who finally helped us didn’t even say hi how are you nothing. No common courtesy… just asked what’s the name and birthday. Once she was told she slammed the phone down to go find the prescriptions and opened the bin for the payment to be made without even stating a total. She ran the card and put the prescription and card in the bag and opened the bin up so I could grab it and just walked away. Never asked if we had any questions for the pharmacist… and yet again no common courtesy of saying have a good night or anything. If you hate your job or helping customers just say that and find a different place to work. Kind of scary knowing this is how they treat people and they are dealing with medications.

The pharmacy here hate you as a customers, they very much so do not like the job they do. Very quick be rude and do not answer phones, often ignore the drive through for extended periods of time 20mins+ with nooo acknowledgement at all.

I received a text stating my prescription was ready for pickup at 12 p.m. I went at 6 p.m to pick it up and was told it wasn't ready yet. The 10 minutes I was told to wait turned into an hour 1/2. Ridiculous

Zero stars. Disgraceful. Four hours ago, I took a prescription in for my dog’s eye pressure med. I just called to check the status. The Rx had not been entered in the system and the script is nowhere to be found. Unbelievable. This place is trash.

Every time I come here it's always in the middle of the night got 2 kids under 2 years of age. Lovely staff the pharmacist is very knowledgeable always a pleasure to shop here.

I have been a loyal customer to CVS for 10 years and that ended tonight (11/12/2023). My sick 6 year old daughter and I waited in line for 30 minutes, only to be told they did not have her medication in stock when we got to the window! I usually go inside but my daughter is sick and could not walk. Then the girl at the window kept looking at us and smirking because I was already livid about going back up there for the 2nd time today because the first time all of the medication was not ready! Then to wait for 30 minutes in line, no text or phone call that they did not have the medicine is very irresponsible on the pharmacy’s behalf and the workers show no sympathy or respect for the customers after waiting that long. The girl, I did not catch her name that laughed and kept peeking out the window laughing instead of helping needs to be working else where if they have no customer service experience! Now my sick daughter has no medicine to breathe and we have to wait all night praying nothing happens while she sleeps to change pharmacies!

I’ve been going here for roughly 3 YEARS. The pharmacy staff are beyond rude and never offer a solution. Just say “come back”. They NEVER have the medication ready for pickup, they NEVER answer the phone. And again, the pharmacy staff made this the worse experience I’ve ever had. Avoiddddd

I really enjoyed going in the store. I hope to come back soon. The store is very clean. The employees are very helpful. I was so impressed. It’s one of the best Cvs I’ve ever been to. I can’t wait to go back. They really help me find things on the isles if you have any questions, they are willing to help find the answers.

If i could do zero stars, I would. I've called on multiple different days for a question and never get an answer. 5, 10, 15 minutes go by, how long should I have to wait for them to respond? Gotta do better

Have a bad respiratory infection coughing weezing sneezing 2+ hour wait. Unfriendly staff worst experience but better then Walgreens. If you can avoid these pharmacies in the Mulberry/Lakeland area you should because they all are slow an unreliable.
