The Bleach blonde manager at the Front register gave me the worst experience I've ever had. She's rude and doesn't hide it. She talks down to you like your a child. I remained cordial, but 2 days in a row she She did this, I REFUSE to go there unless Josh is working or someone other than her. How is she manager with a the horrible energy she gives off?? WOW!

Customer service at the pharmacy is the worst of any CVS. The wait time to pick up a prescription is always to long. Also seems to be to much confusion.

I love this CVS! Employees are always so friendly and helpful. Marium especially was such a pleasure to meet. She was so sweet and so knowledgeable which is very rare these days. She told me about the care plus membership. Only $5 a month and it’s so beneficial if you shop there regularly. $10 off in carebucks each month alone is awesome. This CVS genuinely cares about the happiness of their customers.

Was doing an uber shopping order and got there before 10 and door was locked at 9:55 to “start cleaning up” is what I was told. I had one item to shop for. not very professional

CVS was stocked well and clean. I easily checked myself out and used all my coupons. Was happy to see some bucks on my receipt I will use at a later date.

Probably the worst service as far as the pharmacy is concerned!! The pharmacist always will ask me, “Have you been here before?” And when I reply, “YES” He then looks at my chart and sees my prior history. He doesn’t look at my prior history before asking all his questions. Every time I order my prescription he also always asked me if I’m allergic to the medication that I get every 60 days. When I ask him to update my chart, he does not update it. I also have two medication‘s that cannot be refilled through the automated service because they are controlled substance. But when I call the pharmacy, I can never get through and I hate the app!! The ladies behind the desk have no personality whatsoever and no customer service skills. Do yourself a favor and go to another pharmacy that actually knows what they’re doing!

Officially transferring all my medications to another pharmacy. Angie is super sweet but the other girl (looks Hispanic with brown/black hair) always has a rude comment to make. Absolutely every single visit I’ve made. I come for mine and my husband’s medicine but now we no longer will.

Go to another pharmacy. Don't keep their medicine stocked. Tried to send me to South Lakeland pharmacy for medication they were out of and 98 North has it. Incompetence
