I typically have my precipitations filled at Walgreens. Today I had the displeasure of needing a prescription from CVS North 98 Lakeland Store . I would have rather jumped in the middle of the ocean with fish tied around my neck than to deal with those unprofessional girls they haven’t matured enough to be women . I got to the North Lakeland stores and Plant City Fl locations and I have to say these stores have the rudest employees I have came in contact with. Poor customer service to the utmost.

everyone at the pharmacy clearly works hard and theyre always moving. every person ive spoken to has been as helpful as possible any time ive had issues. i appreciate mike especially, im in there often enough i think he recognizes me lol but hes always quick and cordial :)

It’s my favorite store! I love to shop at CVS always find what I need and the deals are great to save!! Im very very satisfied with the Service that the lady at the cashier always do, she’s very kind and helpful and friendly to me all the time.

The manager at the pharmacy lies, has a terrible attitude, and is incompetent. It started off when she asked me for my name and then kept having an attitude because it was such an inconvenience for her to ask how to spell it. Sorry, not sorry that my name is unique and not Mary Smith. I spoke clearly and she still had to ask me twice how to spell it. Pay attention lady! It’s only 4 letters! I’ve never had that much trouble with someone finding my account. Then I told her I wanted to use a discount card that I’ve used before. She proceeded to tell me that I can’t use it if I have insurance. I said please take the insurance off so I can use the discount card and she said we’re required to use insurance. I told her I’ve used it last time and she lied and said oh it’s a new rule now. I’m sure. Whatever, I just paid for it so I didn’t have to deal with her. Then I gave her a gift card to pay for my other items and how is it that she’s the manager and had to call over another employee to help her with running the gift card. Incompetent. Before she even called me up to the counter I witnessed a woman trying to ask her where the hand sanitizer was and she made her repeat herself 4 times when the woman already said it loudly. The manager didn’t know where it was and had to ask someone else so the woman said Sorry to bother, I’ll look around for it and walked off. Then I watched the manager shake her head in disgust. Like we can see you! She completely took out her frustration at me and had the worse attitude. If you don’t like your job, then quit. After having my prescriptions filled at this CVS for the past 15 years, I’m switching to Publix after today.

I don’t shop here often because the store seems very crowded and on the dirty side and the staff haven’t been especially helpful.on my latest visit the ladies were very nice and helpful. Five+ stars to them. The store (over all) still seemed almost claustrophobic. I would go there again based solely on the two ladies who were so helpful and friendly.

I would say you need more employees like Jeanette. She is always welcoming and very passionate about her job. She's the best and I always look forward to see her every time we visit the CVS store in 6105 US Hwy 98 N Lakeland.
