If you enjoy playing games with prices and coupon cards, this is the place for you. If you want fair prices, you may want to shop elsewhere. There are many options for your shopping preference. Mine is to shop where prices are fair and they honor the advertised price without additional cards or games.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I almost didn't post this but decided it was worth it. A short while ago I got an antibiotics prescription from here, not only did the bottle have a small hair in it, but it also had an extra pill which was clearly not one of the antibiotics, smaller in size with different engraving on it. Thankfully I looked at all the pills but someone else may have taken them blindly and who knows what that pill could've done.

Please do not use this place for any of your prescriptions or as a pharmacy they are horrible rude try to charge you when your fully coverd it’s just bad and sad that this is a trusted pharmacy

I'm going back to Publix. The worst service I have ever received at a pharmacy. Didn't have to think about a thing with Publix. been trying for a week to get my Rx filled.

Not sure what has happened to this pharmacy but every dealing for the past few years has been a headache and quite frankly, concerning. They either claim to need approval for refills that my doctor already gave, tell me prescriptions are ready for pickup only to get there and find out they're not, fill the wrong prescriptions, give me incorrect dosages, fill prescriptions I told them to remove, and the list goes on. I have since changed to a different pharmacy and will NEVER use this one again.

Sending automated calls about a prescription being ready while the pharmacy is closed is so bogus. Just walked over to have to wait. Make the automated calls at hours when your OPEN!

CVS online advertised batteries I needed for $7.49. Store clerk rang up at $10.29. When questioned, she answered in a rude manner that they didn't match prices. We weren't asking to match another store's price, only asking her to honor their own advertised price. I was cheated by this store. Beware. Check your receipts--though in my case that still didn't help.

Pharmacy and pharmacist are AWFUL here. every time we go it’s one thing after another. Prescription was supposed to be ready for several days and when I arrive it wasn’t. Took almost 30 minutes for the pharmacist to confirm the prescription after the tech had filled it. He helped a dozen customers before coming to the front and saying everything was OK. If you’re that short staffed and can’t fill prescriptions in a timely manner time to hire additional help.
Stop being cheap at the expensethe expense of the customer.

If I could give zero stars I would! The pharmacy has my sons Rx and has known they were out for who knows how long! I have tried to contact them via the website/app & phone call. I finally had the chance to get in contact with them in person and they told me they do not have the ability to refill my son’s medication even though I got the text saying it was ready for pick up. Also because it is a controlled substance they can’t do anything about checking other locations. I find this to be completely ridiculous! It’s unbelievable they can’t find out if another one of their chain pharmacy’s have the medication my son needs! They have the Rx in their system! It’s not a paper Rx. They should have no problem searching other CVS locations to find the medication. No instead I was told to contact the provider and to have the Rx sent over to another pharmacy within CVS after I checked to see who has it in stock! What crappy service! That boy who did not help me I can’t tell you his name, but he’s a white boy blonde hair and blue eyes, and hits for the same team was very rude he should be let go for the way he treats customers. He should have tried to be more helpful to me as a customer. I only wanted to refill my son’s medication since he will be out soon. They claimed it was ready for pick up and yet they don’t even have it in stock?! Such crappy service! You all should be more helpful to those who are only looking to get their medications not such nasty unkind souls!

And I didn’t want to give them that the pharmacy at Lake Wales CVS sent me here it was a problem with my prescription so my doctor got things corrected and they still gave me a problem and treated me cold I had to drive from Lake Wales all the way to Lakeland to get treated like a animal really worst than that after today I will never come there again I felt humiliated and nobody shouldn’t have been treated like that
