Had to make an emergency run for items my daughter forgot. When I arrived at the door at 9:55 the lady standing in the doorway waiting to close the door informed me that I had one minute. She did not ask if I needed help locating my item. I asked her where the items were located and quickly gathered my items. I went to do the self check out and the machine was asking me to clear the bagging area which was clear. I stood there until five after ten while she slowly checked the person before me, manually opened the door for the previous customer, then checked my items, went back to manually close the door which left me waiting even longer for her to come back to hand me the receipt.All in all, the employee was more concerned with closing than customer service.If CVS’ equipment was functioning or the employee was focused on the right things, I would have been in and out before “closing time.”

I'll them a star for answering the phone, but that it. Horrible service in the pharmacy. Lied to about my prescription. Didn't have it in stock and didn't bother to tell me until I came to get it. And refused to transfer it to another pharmacy. "Well I don't know, when we'll get a supply in, you'll have to wait" possible wait time of 2 business days maybe more... Completely blew me off and non caring attitude. Merry freaking Christmas to me right? Horrible people. Moving to a new pharmacy.. my entire family. Wow!

Waited in line for half an hour at the pharmacy and finally pull up for my turn at 1:28 and they put out a sign that they’re closed from 1:30-2 and refuse to help me. It’s entirely unprofessional to ignore a customer and walk around eating pizza trying their best not to make eye contact.

Absolutely the slowest pharmacy! Was promised rx by 1 and now 2:30. You go to the dr in pain at 10 and can’t get a rx for at least 5 hrs or more. You cannot even get a person to inquire. Yesterday I waited an entire day and the rx was not ready.

When I walked in, they greeted me. The cashier was very friendly and the staff was very helpful on what I was looking for.Thank you all for making my day better ? ? Keep up the good work! And remember to always SMILE.

So disappointed. They can’t provide a results of a Covid test because the system is down. They charge you but they can’t send the results.. I spent 1 hr to take a test on the car line.. they said call the miniclinic for the results just to gain time because they know the problem is there. So frustrating

I needed help and Danielle was incredible. She had explained how the S3 purchasing worked and how the shelves showed Blue Tags, showing eligible items, and had someone check the stock in the back for additional items. Raj, the Store Manager then brought out the items needed and I thanked him. This was the first time I had received excellent customer service at the front of the store. Danielle is definitely a keeper and can show some of the other staff to offer customers a better shopping experience!

Horrible pharmacy. They forgot to give me one out of my 3 medications in my bag. I went back the same day and they refused to give me my medicine. I provided them with the sealed bag and receipt and they still refused. I had my doctor call them and they told my doctor they did give me the medication. Now my doctor won’t refill my medicine. I have to go without my medicine or pay out of pocket for it even though the pharmacy messed up. Horrible experience never going here again.

I have always had great customer service. When shopping in store . Only recently decided to try the pharmacy again... Because I do enjoy shopping in the store. The drive thru is a much needed help for me at the moment.

Every single time I try to use this pharmacy, I get a different "law" spewed to me saying they can't help for says (sometimes these various excuses happen in the same day). They don't care if I'm traveling or having an issues... it feels honestly like they just want to be combative! Not to mention the majority of the time they are extremely rude. They are by far the closest pharmacy to me, and I would drive to Tampa or Orlando to avoid using them. If you don't want to drive yourself, crazy, stay away. Wish I could say other CVS Pharmacy's were better, But the majority of them are the same way. :(
