Havnt used them just yet because still dealing with insurance but for estimates I was helped as soon as I walked in the door by the owner. Explained everything and even complimentary helped me fix my door enough to be able to at least open it until a full repair done. There are some decent small businesses in Lakeland still.

We are very pleased with the work done. Kevin was great and informative and when I didn’t understand something, he explained it to me. They fixed the damage, painted, and had the car back sooner than we expected.

Excellent work, very professional and reliable. I checked all body shops around since I was hesitant to take my Jaguar to just any shop. The appearance of this pleasure matches their performance. Could not ask for better, they are wonderful. My car looks like new, plus they washed the care in and out. I judged base on my visit for estimate, the appearance of the place and the professionalism of the employees before I intrusteted them my car, I was right. Thank you Dallas, you are absolutely the best

I don’t normally write reviews but I feel I have to warn people. Do not use this business. They are a scam and don’t guarantee their work. The staff and owner are so disrespectful and rude whenever you ask questions. Save yourself the stress and go somewhere else.
