Not even worth one star. Guy promises to call you with an update and you don't ever hear back. Then when you drop by, he gets an attitude and starts screaming profanities at you and threatening you. Take your business elsewhere.

I brought my 55 inch TCL television to this place, after it stopped working. He said for me to give him a day or two to diagnose the issue, and order any necessary parts. After a couple of days, I stopped back in after not hearing from him and he said that it was a faulty backlight, and that the part was on back-order, and it would be a couple of weeks, but he could fix it. After keeping my television for 2 weeks, I stopped back in and the so called repairman said he'd finally received the parts necessary to complete the repair, and would call me in about a week. After one weeks time, I called only to get a pre-recorded message that he would be closed for a week. After his return, I called once more, this makes almost 4 weeks he's had the television, and he says he's thrown the television away, because nobody came for it. It turns out he claims he hadn't been referencing the ticket number during my inquiries, and had mistakenly been giving me information on someone else's television. He then admitted it was his mistake, but because he thought the television that actually belonged to me had just been abandoned at his shop he, "Threw it away." I explained to him, that was his mistake, that my television hadn't been "abandoned", and that I'd been to his shop several times. He then proceeded to shout at me, saying it made no difference, because the television was "beyond repair", so it didn't matter that he'd thrown it away. I then told him he could have at least given me the chance to have someone else repair it, and that it was his mistake for not using his own ticket number system, He proceeded to yell at me again saying, "It's your own fault, YOU PEOPLE buy these shitty televisions..." Never have I been treated with such poor service, and blatant lack of respect from any establishment. I plan on pursuing some form of legal recourse, but as a warning to anyone considering this "business" for any potential repairs, he will likely throw your items into the garbage. If not sell them.

This has been the worst experience i have ever come across when it comes to repairs. (i had) a lg tv that i brought to dallas to look at and see if he could help fix some color issues that the tv was having. when i gave him the tv it was only a color issue, after several weeks of waiting for a part that was supposed to fix the problem the problem was still there, when he said it was fixed and even got worst. i call him and asked way was the tv was having the same issue and he gives me a smart remark and acts like there was no issue, he then askes me to take it back to him so he can fix the problem that he supposed to have been fixed the first time and again another week with no calls or any information on what was going on with the tv, at this time im very irritated with dallas communication skills and lack of courtesy so i call him again and i find out by my search for answers that he again order another part for the tv inorder to resolve the issue which by the way i got nooooo calls about and did not fix the issue infact made the tv worst. at this time im tired of the back and forth and when he finally call to say the tv was ready, O no... hi did not call to say the tv was ready again i had to call after another week and find that the tv was ready but was it? No it was not! the saga continues i then drive to the shop to pick the tv up and asked if he could turn the tv on so i could see the colors, and to my surprise (not) the tv was worst then when a gave it to him....to end this sad story this has been from the bottom of my soul the worst experience i have ever come across, the worst sevice i have come across, i hope no one else comes across this experience i wich it on no one. Thanks dallas...

Don’t waste your time. He had my item for over a year, telling me he was “waiting” on parts. Then I called to check on progress and he said he can’t fix it and said “come get this thing out of my way”!

After 40 years of my family going to Dallas’ for repairs, we will NEVER return. Dallas, the son, “LOST OR THREW AWAY” my family’s heirloom Marantz receiver and two UA turntables. He did this after I physically went to pick everything up and he asked for more time to get parts. Don’t risk things that have meaning to you by putting them in this guys hands.

Best place to get TVs and other electronics repaired because nobody fixes these items anymore! Well worth every dime. They fixed an old tv that was a family heirloom. Worth the $200. Now grandmas tv built into a mahogany console is front and center and WORKING in our modern living room.
