They have everything you need to get the fitness you want. The restroom and the shower area are clean. And the people are very informative and nice on how to work the equipment.

I like this gym. It's easy to get on a cardio machine be it stair stepper, elliptical, or treadmill. It's got its crowded moments but overall, good atmosphere

My daughter and I enjoy working out at Deb's. The atmosphere is great for people who are serious about getting fit and not worried about the frills! We still have a long way to go...but starting is the first step!

Best gym in Lakeland!!! Truly a gym made for everyone. Young and old… new to fitness or been in it for years… great vibe!!!! Go check out the trainers too! Deb herself is amazing and E is a fantastic coach as well!!!
