I needed new tires, and my dad recommended Discount Tire. I went online to set up an appointment and order my tires—it was super quick and easy to navigate the website, and I even had the option to finance. When I arrived at the store, I was early for my appointment, but they got me in right away and finished before my scheduled time even started!
The team was fast, efficient, and took the time to explain the entire process to me. Huge thanks to DJ, Justin, Andrey, Carter, and the rest of the crew—they were all incredibly friendly and provided detailed information. Plus, the store was spotless, well-organized, and had a welcoming atmosphere.
Great service from start to finish! Highly recommend Discount Tire for their professionalism, efficiency, and customer care. I’ll definitely be returning in the future!

Had the misfortune of a tire picking up a screw and leaking slowly. Brought to this DT and they were very professional and understood my problem. A while later after plugging they handed me the keys and charged nothing for repair. They are on my go to list for tire issues while snowbirding in Lakeland. Thanks guys!

Had a great experience at Discount Tire. Price match process was easy and hassle free. After receiving my quote, I called the store and Lucas got the tires ordered and at the shop in no time. I was running a bit late to my appointment but the team at Discount Tire made it happen. My experience will likely make me a customer for a lifetime !

Worth the drive! Because of traffic I arrived when the store was closing yet the staff were super accommodating and helpful. I was in and out before I even realized it. I'm extremely grateful to the staff that worked on replacing my tires. Thanks a lot. I'll be back!

My appointment experience was unsatisfactory. Despite arriving on time, I observed subsequent customers receiving service before me. Available technicians disregarded my presence, offering no assistance or updates while attending to other tasks.
