Apparently according to Dj, at this dollar general an honest customer means nothing. So to all of you peeps who shop at the dollar general on duff road….. When you see an item miss marked, make sure it’s exactly under the tag. He specifically said if I would have moved it, they wouldn’t know, then they’d honor the price. But because it’s right next to it and there are no other tags, it doesn’t count. He said if there isn’t a tag, it’s the price it rings up. It doesn’t matter if it’s in the wrong spot. I asked if I could move it and take a pic, he said no because he would know. So honest customers get screwed and those who move things, get rewarded. The item pictured wasn’t directly over the tag so it doesn’t count. The man pictured is Dj. So when he’s there, honesty doesn’t apparently matter. Thanks Dollar General & Dj, for screwing over honest customers!

Sad to say but this place has gone down hill.It’s disgusting and there is hardly stock in regular items.Hard to find an employee for check out most of the time.Shopping here is convenient only since I live less than a mile from the store.Hoping there will be changes to this store soon to help turn it back around. It once was a nice and clean store to shop at.

When this place opened years ago it was nice can't say that now. When you walk in the door stuff is scattered everywhere and it looks dirty. There are carts filled with merchandise sitting in the middle of the isles. Shelves are pretty empty. The employees are nice but you can tell they are tired and can't keep up with the demand of the area and the area continues to grow. New subdivisions being built. I find myself getting in my car to go to Publix or go to Family Dollar to shop instead of just walking up the street like I used to and if I do decide to give it a shot just in case nope they don't have it. Sad cause it used to be nice. Go to other DG when I am out and they are good. I know after Covid it's a different world but DG Duff you can do better and get your 'employees some help.

Not impressed. Half the time there is not anyone at a register to check you out. At least 75% of the time they out of stock of everything it seems.

The flyer says various coke products on sale 3 twelve packs for 12.00. I drive over to the store on Daughtery Rd and they don't have it on sale and they have plenty of soda. Their flyer says it is and the store mgr says its not. I say how can that be when it is on Socrum Loop, and all stores around, 98N and Kathleen also and he claims it depends on the demographics at the specific location what price it is. Very disappointed!

Im giving 1 star bc their inventory is good but the staff is the absolute worst! They are rude and make it obvious they dont want to be bothered with ringing you up! Im tired of it and will shop elsewhere from now on. Ill go without before they get another dime from me.

Employees only have one register out of 3 working due to loss of power on August 6th. Where is the manager???? As a customer, I contacted corporate. I hope something is done. Watched several people walk out due to the wait. Glad DG can afford to lose customers. FIX YOUR STORE!
