I would just like to say that I almost stopped coming to this store because of the so called manager teressa was not helpful and just over all rude and uninterested in helping me while she was on her cell phone. I tried to ask her about sugar free red bull flavors and was dismissed. But I came in last night and spoke to a michelle and she was an absolute doll. After I walked around the store like a ditz trying to find what I needed I asked her if she could possibly help me find some caffine. Not only did she walk me to the hall way with all the redbulls she engaged with me on a personal level and truly helped me as a person and not just a customer

Not sure why they would be closed at 5ish 6ish in the evening since the website says that they’re open and there’s nothing online stating they would be closed for anything. There was a sign on the door stating that they were temporarily closed but there were visible employees messing with a shelf? They looked right at me then looked back at the shelf. Guess there must’ve been a shelf emergency. Very inconvenient seeing as many other people were pulling into the parking lot also and it was after work for a lot of people and on the way home for me and I needed medicine for a sick child. Customer service number was closed for the day but I’ll try to call tomorrow and see if they know about the temporary close.

Best quick stop ever meats and all yes a grocery store inside this one stop shop. I go there for everything haven't been to Walmart since I stepped in here sorry Walmart

Great staff here at this location.. Always fresh. Always stocked up on goods an can't leave out the cashier's always kind an patient.. they're doing a awesomeness job!!

The E Orange St store in Lakeland. The manager is lazy and rude and always complaining. This assistant manager is just as bad. The store aisles are always messy. The other staff for the most part are very nice. I will not be shopping at this location anymore.

Best Dollar General I have ever shopped in! Everything was stocked, clean, organized, and I was able to get down the isles without tons of racks and boxes everywhere. The staff greeted me and offered assistance. Great shopping experience!

Manager don't know what she doing, the system don't work right and I tried to explain to her many times she still don't understand or she don't want understand ?!? The cashier know what I'm talk about but she doesn't have the keys to help but the manager lost. I'm waiting there hours for her figure out what she needs to do and still lost, still wrong amount of money I paid there, she override lesser my money, is it considered stilling money form my bank card? she needs some other DG manager to training her more before she can handle this store to be a manager.
