I went to try to exchange my items and the cashier told me I couldn't exchange without a receipt but online says something different. And she was very rude and this is the first time ever a dollar tree cashier told me I needed a receipt to exchange.

Employees standing outside smoking with door locked gossiping about other staff while we have to wait to go in. What's 4 minutes early like
Really?? Poor staffing if you have customers waiting to spend money let them in . 4 minutes not going kill you!

I won't have time to stand in line while one cashier is backed up and the other employee stalks the same item her entire shift. I'm over this, y'all lost a customer.

My husband and I choose this store because of the well stocked items. We think Charles and Jennifer are fantastic workers. Very helpful. Charles is very knowledgeable and always greets everyone who enters which is rare now adays
