I have thought about this review for a while. I never like to leave bad reviews but here goes. A week before Christmas a friend and I decided to go get our toes done. My friend had a good nail tech she got right to work making her feel comfortable and what not. I waiting next to her in my chair patiently for my turn. The gentleman finally came to fill my water which was cold he would not warm the water up. He ignored me entirely. The water was not full yet in the foot tub he told me not to move because I was splashing water all over the floor. (There was no water on the floor and nothing was splashing) I picked my level of pedicure which the lady tech laughed bc it was the basic one said I needed to upgrade he shook his head no. He was really rough clipping my nails. He took about 5 minutes to do my pedicure left thumb print on my big toe did not put clear polish on the top got up walked away and never came back out. The lady tech was very concerned with the lack of amount I was paying and kept trying to make me get other services. I left very uncomfortable and never wanting to go back. This is not my first visit to the salon and no it was not busy at all that Friday.

Rushed pedicure had to go home and scrub my feet the right way..she just couldn’t get the paint right. I will not recommend them to anyone…HORRIBLE job for the price!!!

I thought long and hard about leaving a bad review because I almost never do. I will not be returning to this salon, I have been getting my nails done for 15 years and I have been to this salon 5 times in hopes I’d get a good technician since the salon is so close to home. That was definitely not the case, I’m very disappointed. Take your money elsewhere, the gentleman technician is rough and rude. I’ve gotten two full sets by him, each time after my fingers burn. I have never had that happen at other salons.When I told him they burned he just roughly sprayed my fingers with alcohol and looked very annoyed. He then made comments in his native tongue that made his coworkers laugh. He offered me a new nail technique before we got started and I agreed to it. Halfway through he tells me the price in a mean way, implying I can’t pay. I went ahead and got the cheaper alternative and at the end tipped him the amount I would’ve paid for the technique and he was shocked. I’ve also had a pedicure previously that was rushed by a girl technician and she was very rough with my feet. I also noticed they do not sterilize their tools only spray them with alcohol. They also are angry if you ask to soak off your nails, they rather pry it off with another nail which I can do at home. Overall mean unhappy people, and mediocre work is done. I would advise against using this salon.

I came at the end of the day to get a gel manicure, I was the only customer in the salon. There were three technicians in the building and I felt they didn’t want me there. The lady working on me did a rush job and ended up hurting me. They were all talking in native language while I was sitting there and felt so uncomfortable. After she cut me the owner kept trying to mess with spot that hurt and I was very much done at that point. Gave me a $5 discount on manicure and I walked out crying

I’m using my husband’s email to write this review. I have been using this salon for my nails and eyebrows for a few years. I have also brought my daughters for pedicures. Today I was paying and realized that they are over charging me but didn’t say anything. Either they can’t do math or they are doing it purposely. The lady said $38 for pedicure and $10 for eyebrows and then rang me up for $58. I will not be going back to this salon and if you do go make sure they are charging you correctly!!!

I love coming here for a pedicure and manicure ,my girl Kathy is so sweet and everyone is so kind and service is wonderful, such a relaxing place and my nails always look great !

I have been coming here for over ten years getting my nails and eyebrows done. They never disappoint.
Tony does my nails beautifully and always keeps my appointments.
not like other places where you make appointments, and you get there, and they are working on walk ins and make you wait meanwhile you had an appt. I fully recommend Essi nails. 100%

Went in to get my eyebrows waxed. The lady who did them was doing a pedicure and although she had on gloves did not wash her hands before attempting to wax me. I should have left then. The wax was ok. She was rough and her breath was rank af. Had the nerve to ask if I was tipping. Worst experience.

I hand a fill and Volcano Organic Pedicure done by Tony very relaxing. Self care is important. Tony accommodates my schedule I love the massaging chairs as well as hot rocks massage. Worth every cent.
