Very pleasant experience shopping at Famous Tate. I was treated as soon as I entered the store and she stuck with us until we were finished. She explained everything and even went above and beyond to look thru their inventory and get us the best deals. Will def shop here again. The experience is so much better here than with Lowe’s/HD and the prices are competitive.

New washer and dryer were just delivered and we are more than pleased! There was an issue with the dryer (a factory defect), but Lynn Haggstrom and her team at Famous Tate immediately identified the issue and quickly replaced it.Highly recommend Lynn and Famous Tate for competitive pricing, huge selection of appliances, fast delivery, and professional service.Bravo!

The customer service is phenomenal. I placed the order online. I received a call from Ginny to confirm, and she pointed out that I may have ordered the wrong size bed frame. Turns out she was RIGHT! If she hadn’t followed up with me, I would have been severely disappointed. I’m so glad she called! I can’t recommend Famous Tate enough for quality and excellent service. The guys who delivered my beds were quick and accommodating. They took all the trash with them and if not for my new beds, I would never have known they were here. Good job!

We were looking for a specific oven for our new kitchen. After visiting several store with none in stock we stopped by Famous Tates in Lakeland on a Thursday. We spoke with Cash and were told there were none available for a few weeks. We received a call the next day from Cash. He was able to find one for us and and they were able to deliver it that Sunday. We had a great experience and amazing customer service. We would highly recommend FT.
