I only have trouble using FedEx and especially their drop off locations like this one specifically. The employees and especially the day manager of the north Lakeland Walgreens does not want to be bothered with FedEx drop offs. They even remove the bell at the drop off counter and they just let you stand there indefinitely until they get around to harassing you over a package. They are the rudest people it's no wonder that Walgreens are shuddering all over the country. The closest prop off to me is a Dollar General location. The employees are nice there Not nearly as rude about it as Walgreens but they just won't take anything that's larger than a small box claiming it has to fit on a certain shelf or they don't take it. That shelf may be 12 in tall. They don't care about the dimensional and weight guidelines that they are supposed to be following.
The same as this Walgreens doesn't as well but I'm pretty sure they just don't want you to bring FedEx in at all so they are just out and out rude when they see you walk in with a package. It's to the point where I'm just going to have to go back to using UPS.

Technically it's a drop box, you can't do anything there like packing, wrapping, printing labels, you just drop the box as it is.
