The worst bank so far I had customer service is terrible the mobile app is under maintenance every other day i couldn’t get in my mobile app or online for hours finally when I did my savings goal I created with money I put in it gone I’ve emailed and called numerous times to seek help they are saying my savings goal never existed thank god I got screenshots to prove it existed now I can’t get in my app or online it says user name or password invalid when I try to create a new password it says my personal information is invalid I will be at the closest branch to close my account 9am sharp hopefully I get the money I’m owed I wouldn’t stay with this bank if they paid me 1,000

Always have a personal or business bonus to open a checking account here. Make sure you find your bonus before you open a checking account. The rest of January 2024 the bonus is $325 on $500 Direct Deposit (65% RerurnOnSavings). On of the best bonuses anywhere else right now even if this bonus is sometimes a little higher here.

Waited in the drive through no one helped me the woman looked at me turn away how rude I had go in bank wait about 10 min more I would never go there again that the only fifth 3 bank is got Rude people especially the woman that works there

Clerk working customer service was extremely loud and did not take into account that others were able to hear other business being completed. Not very discrete.

This bank is the most scamers bank I've ever seen the Saint the manager barely speaks English and and they got overpaid for a car loan that has been paid a year and a 1/2 ago, And And they still took a payment On it now she don't want to give me my money back, Because the loan was originally on my wife's name,

Don't trust them go some were else had my account comprised 3 different times $250.00 then $250.00 again ,Then the 3 Time $18,00.00 the money was wired out. I called Cincinnati Ohio and got It straighten out .Got my Money back in my account. We where watching are account and caught it before it was to late.

Something strange is happening. My son and others coworker's went to get there money since today is ther pay day and all there money is gone and there accounts are negative. Nobody has an answer on the branch and they kick them out of the bank. Can somebody investigate what is going on.

Really disappointed with the service I received today. I had a set plan when I walked in the door and an absolute headache when I walked out. I had to deal with this lady who had wayyyy too short of a temper to be anywhere near the customer service industry.. I'm a calm individual, even though this was frustrating I maintained composure and did my best not to take out my frustration on this woman. I came in to get the gears turning on the process for getting a loan released today, which she swore could not be done even though I told her I spoke to more than one other fifth third agent who said otherwise.. She said 7 days no less, and that they wouldn't even acknowledge it. Welp, called the hotline as soon as I left and the Fifth Third Agent from the customer service line confirmed that the lady indeed had no idea what she was talking about and that the lady didn't even handle my request properly at all. I wasted an entire hour watching her not send this email she said she was sending to the regional director and seemingly taking pleasure in destroying a whole month's worth of financial planning on my end. And telling me there was absolutely nothing she could do, and acting like I'm the idiot who didn't know better even though I've literally planned this out for weeks. While literally every other Fifth Third employee I've talked to before and since then said they could get it released WITHIN the next 3 days IF NOT BY TONIGHT. THANKS.

Rude and arrogent staff.... Dont bank here!!! Saturdays are the worst... they litterally have 1 teller working both the drive thru and the walk up desk... they have no respect for their customers and try there hardest to avoid u at all costs!!! I repeat do not open an account here!!!
