If you need something functional, this is not the place to shop. We have needed to return several items that either didn’t work when we bought them or stopped working within 24 hours (earbuds, chargers, pop sockets, etc).
There are plenty of decent items here that aren’t the best quality, but are still fine (books, pet items, decorations, etc…).
On another note, I’m really not fond of the new checkout process. I realize you are probably a high shrink business, but having to wait in line for someone to check everyone out on one self-checkout register (while all the others remain turned off) is very frustrating as customer.
However, employees are always very nice and helpful.

Have to leave a review because what happened the other day really bugged me. I went to self checkout I was by myself and there was a couple in the store checking out same time. The guy who worked there ran over and took their items out of their hands and proceeded to scan their items...at the self checkouts. I could tell they were bothered, and so they should be. It was so obvious what the clerk was doing. You're not gonna ask the white woman by herself if she needs help or grab her items out her hands to scan but instead rush over to a black couple and take their items like you expect them to steal something. It just didn't sit well with me and I wish I'd spoke up for them at the time. Why have self checkouts in the first place if you're going to have workers run over to scan.

I like this store it's got all kinds of cheap gadgets. You have to understand though this are all cheap gadgets for a reason!! China made cheap items don't last long that's why they are so cheap!

Self-checkout is not self-checkout anymoreI don't know what the point of having self checkout is anymore if an employee stands there and scans your stuff for you at the machine. The past couple of times I've been there I've gone up to one of the self checkout machines and an employee would come up and start scanning the items for me, another time an employee just stood behind me and watched me. I understand lost prevention, but as someone who is autistic and has serious social anxiety it made me really uncomfortable when every time I shop there I intend on not having to interact with anyone, especially at a SELF-CHECKOUT. I understand the employees are just trying to do their job but I think this is a stupid policy made by higher ups
