For whatever reason, my kids like to spend their money here. The store usually has ladders or carts blocking stocked aisles. The music is ungodly loud and headphones do not help. Sensory overload every single time. I feel the company intentionally makes the music loud so you are rushing to get out of the store and end up buying more than intended. If the music wasn't so loud, I wouldn't fuss so much about bringing my kids here. I do not look forward to the next trip here.

Store has lots of variations of items for a great price. However I would like to check myself out, when I'm at the self checkout. Seems a bit weird for a cashier to check me out at the self check out. Overall pretty good experience

Six self checkout registers but none of them are open. Only one “self checkout” that you aren’t allowed to use yourself and have to wait for the associate to ring everything out for you. Why have them when we can’t use them? Also found it funny that the rude associate who never greets anyone coming into the store also decides to press ‘Yes’ automatically when the checkout asks if the associates were friendly and greeted when you came in ?. Nothing like inflating the good customer service numbers while still being able to not care about any of the customers

I couldn’t wait to get out of this store after arriving. We got there not long after opening (within an hour) and the place looked like a tornado came through. The music was also extremely loud, to the point we had to raise our voice to be able to hear each other. Very overwhelming and overstimulating environment.
