She was always available to answer questions (no matter how small), and she made sure every detail of the memorial service was exactly how we wanted it. She genuinely cared.

Something else that really stood out was their pricing. In such a vulnerable time, when it can feel like some places take advantage of grieving families, their costs were significantly more reasonable than many others we looked into. That kind of integrity speaks volumes. They aren't in the business to only make a profit.

We actually used them back in 2008 when my grandmother passed away. We were so pleased with the care and service then that there was no question we would use them again for my dad. Once again, they exceeded our expectations.
