They misrepresent their advertisements. The sales person Ryan at Oviedo location is rude, impatient, and disrespectful. All he cares is to sell quickly. He makes the customer feels uncomfortable. I regret buying from him.

We had an excellent experience with Savanna. She was very knowledgeable & helped us decide which furniture to get. She even checked to make sure it was in stock for our delivery date. Great personality to represent your company. We would come back if this is how your customers are treated. And her puppy Gemma was a bonus! Thanks for ALL your help Savanna!

I reached out to Jay via Offerup to purchase a sofa. Jay assured me the sofa was available and to come in after I told him it will be an hour drive for me and I wanted to make sure the piece was available to purchase. After making that drive the same day I messaged him, I was told by Ryan that the sofa was no longer available. Ryan then proceeded to attempt to sell me furniture that was double the price. Do not trust what they say online, there is no accountability shown with this company whatsoever.

We ended up purchasing our sofa here after going to five other stores bc they were the only ones that carried a small sectional the turns the way we need it to for our awkward shaped living room. We purchased their warranty for $100. My daughter spilled some glue on the ottoman and some other normal wear and tear. We were told by the saleswoman that the process for a warranty was super simple and quick. It took six months..... and that was with me emailing and calling every few weeks. Finally, my warranty was granted. I called the store, they said they were out of my sofa and it wouldn't be here until April! So I waited 3 more months (not exactly the prompt service I was told it would be). April gets here I call. I'm now told May. I call Monday, May 1st. I'm told there's some type of issue with my account, the former sales person didn't do something correctly that they would call me back "right away." No call, I call again Wednesday the 3rd. I'm told by Ryan, that he had to call his manager Mark. And that Mark would call me back. He didn't. I called again next day. Again, I'm told by Ryan that Mark said he would be handling this. I explain to Ryan, that I'm having a large birthday party May 9th and I will need my sofa before then. Ryan states that's no problem that they will be ready to deliver Friday May5th Which was perfect. No call Thursday, so I called again. Was told mark was taking care of it he would call me. I didn't get the sofa Friday as promised it's now Monday the 8th and I still have no sofa. So again I called. I explained the story to a man, I believe his name is David but I'm unsure. I explain everything to him and I'm told there's lots of complaints about mark. I ask for marks supervisor, I'm told he doesn't have one it's a small owned business. I ask for the owners email I'm told he doesn't even know the owner.... What?! Then Mark for whatever reason finally calls but doesn't call me, nope. Why call the woman who's been trying to get ahold of you for 8 days? This man goes and calls my husband! As if he's going above my head and can't speak to a woman about this!!! I'm not even kidding. He wakes my sleeping husband who works nights. My husband literally hands me his phone to talk to mark. Mark doesn't apologize, not once. Tries to "mansplain" me stuff and tell me that he can have it all delivered. Fine. The he tells me I owe for delivery. The heck I do! I would've happily paid for delivery if I would've had it on time. I asked for the owners info he refused to give it to me then tells me I "should be happy" I'm getting a sofa for free no matter when I get it. Excuse me? I paid for that sofa, I also paid for the warranty. He tells me and the warranty bought you a new one, you can at least pay delivery.He also claims Ryan never called him, not once the first call he got was today. I don't believe him. Ryan was great and kind and professional. Mark can't even manage to call back the right person a week late. He comes off as very misogynistic and clearly has no problems with blaming his employees for his mistakes. I will not stop posting reviews, calling, emailing whatever it takes to find Marks boss. The way I've been treated is unacceptable. I've also contacted the better business bureau, bay news 9, and every forum I can find to write a review, I've contacted their Facebook page and emailed them. I've noticed numerous reviews involving Mark. He's terribly rude to customers and doesn't return calls like he states he will. He shouldn't have a job, bc he simply doesn't do it. He's ruined me and many according to reviews as customers.

I went to the Alamo location in Lakeland today it was really nice and great prices. Jacob was so delightful to be around and so helpful he made things so much easier. Great attitude & knows the merchandise so thank you for your time you were great. Keep up the good work & I will be back in.

If I can give this place a negative I would .. they will lie to you telling you the item is in stock when it never was and please DO NoT deal with a Justin guy .. very rude and dishonest when you call him on out on his lie … please stay away from this place …

I purchased a sofa and recliner from the Lakeland showroom. The furniture was delivered at 9:44 pm on Friday night. The delivery guy were very polite and fast. Next day when we reclined the sofa a screw fell out, the screw is stripped, I called and was told that if the recliner was working it should be ok. If not I could hire someone to fix it I suggest staying away from places like this and go to a legit business that stands behind what you buy.
