The women at this pharmacy are absolutely killing the patient/customer service game. That’s the “hip” way to say the techs here are exceeding their job requirements and providing more than exceptional service. Longest I have ever waited might be fifteen minutes, only because I was bringing in a script from a specialist. Also they have mailed once before at no charge and it came exactly when they said it would. All this AND they have excellent taste in music. “ You gotta be cool, you gotta be calm, you gotta stay togetherAll I know, all I know, love will save the day”

"Buyer Beware!" I am 53 years young and have used pharmacies all over Florida as well as our country, since childhood. Genoa cannot be called "Healthcare." Take your business to the nearby Watson Clinic Pharmacy; better service and more affordable.

Jody is the best pharmacist she only one person. She has lot of clients she is a supervisor she works all of the program at peace river she is my friend so don't you dare say bad thing about her if you don't like Genoa go to Publix or CVS where you are just a customer Genoa and Jody care about you

Great pharmacy, great prices and great staff. Only thing I would say is that they take a pretty long time to fill your prescription. But if you call a few hours in advance, you should be out in less than 10 minutes.

The Manager Pharmacist JODY. IS VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL EVERYTIME I GO IN.I asked to speak to her manager and she refused to tell me who she was and the hid the review cards that were sitting on the counter she also refused to give me her last name and told me that I dont need to know that information. Ever since Jody has been the manager this pharmacy has becone a joke. I recommend you take your prescriptions elsewhere.
