Ok, a little pricey, delivery fee was extra pricey-but I was very pleased. It has been a long time since I ordered an arrangement and it arrived anywhere near what I ordered. First photo was the website, second was the delivered item. Thank you!

Never again! I could have done a better job by just running into a grocery store and using one of my own vases! While my friend was happy she received flowers i a on the other hand was embarrassed! So poorly done in a vase that was the cheapest thing that was on the shelf! It’s so upsetting! As I said, never again! Cheap cheap job with a lofty price! Give me a break! Gloria Carnley

Most beautiful arrangements for my granddaughters fatal accident, just like the owner and her decorators beautiful. I was having financial issue at this time, I asked them to help and Gibsonia Flowers went above and beyond for me.. Gibsonia deserves 10 stars for being my hero❤ can we all lift them up in sales. I will forever be Gibsonia Flowers from now onward.

Fantastic Florist! Saved my daughter wedding when Another florist in town called The Flower cart called 1 day before the wedding saying they could not do the flowers. I called Gibsonia Florist up speaking with Julie who was so professional calming me down and was able to get the bridal bouquet, corsages, and buttoners for the men all down Friday afternoon with a pick up Saturday morning. Everything was absolutely stunning!

They Donated of 50 carnations to the Lakeland Hills Center, nursing home facility for our mothers on mother's day. The flowers lifted their spirits and brought many smiles to their faces. Thank you for your generosity.

I received an arrangement for my birthday. It turned out to be from Gibsonia Florist. The delivery was a comedy of errors. Not due to anyone's fault. Just an incredible missed delivery. The driver likely rang my doorbell when I was in my garage preparing to leave. I did not hear it. I noticed a van as I pulled out, but no signage to identify it as a florist. So I drove off. It was delivered @ 4:00 pm. I got a call from the gift giver a bit after 7:00 pm. asking me if I'd been outside that day. Needless to say the flowers were on my front porch & had been for 3 hours. Temps were at least 80 deg. I brought the flowers inside. There were a few limp flowers but the arrangement was still beautiful. They were so fresh & of such good quality they survived. They are still beautiful 3 days later.

Had an appointment in April to talk about flowers for my wedding. She was supposed to get back to me in a week never heard from her. She calls 4 months later and asked if I was still wanting them to do my flowers! What happened to my call a week after the appointment. I am in a business where follow up is everything. Get it together.

Julie & Marcia... I can't thank you enough for your beautiful arrangements for the Life Celebration. People kept remarking at their uniqueness and beauty. You procured a variety of tropical flowers that the other florists hadn't used. We were truly, truly blown away and grateful. And you did this with 24 hours notice. I'll add that 3 family members ordered from Lakeland/Gibsonia and the arrangements were completely different and had a huge variety of tropicals! No duplication! These ladies understand form, texture, shading, and shape which is illustrated by their work. We could not be happier.

My husband bought me a assorted rose arrangement for Valentines. It was delivered and the roses are droopy...drowsy is the word I like, so I called the florist knowing what this arrangement cost and they wanted to come and pick up my arrangement...redo it and return it. Why not get it right the first time because that is what my husband paid for. Linda the lady I spoke with was sour and short on the phone when I told her I did not want my flowers picked up. just be careful with the next arrangement so another person won't experience the disappointment I did. Get it right the first time!!!!!!!!!!!!

WORST PLACE EVER!!!!!!!!STAY AWAYYYYYY RUDE RUDE RUDE!!!!!!!! My husband ordered flowers for Valentine’s Day from here for me two weeks ago for delivery on Valentine’s Day-He specifically told them I worked at a school and they needed to be delivered before three. needless to say the flowers were never delivered and my husband called and the lady said that she would deliver them later, well newsflash no one‘s at the school school is out already! I told him that was fine just call and get a refund and he told me when he called the old lady that answered was extremely rude, so I called and explained that Valentine’s Day was over for me and I had already left the school to issue a refund plain and simple she stated they were very busy and she would deliver them tomorrow well that’s not acceptable with me Valentine’s Day is today not tomorrow. She then got very rude and hung up on me when I asked to speak to a manager she said she was the manager. If that’s how you run your business good luck getting customers… I will never ever ever ever ever put a penny into this business and if I were you stay away horrible customer service just awful!!!!!I didn’t even want to give one star and if you read the reviews they’re horrible experiences as well!!!!!!!!!Seriously, READ this businesses reviews people… it’s no coincidence that all the reviews say HORRIBLE, WORST customer SERVICE EVER!!!!! And the audacity of you to respond… LIES LIES…

We ordered my bridal bouquet from Gibsonia Flowers for my wedding this past Saturday. We had our consultation months ago with Julie and who was our point of contact. I showed her an inspiration picture but wanted it in a form of a waterfall/cascade type bouquet. They reassured me they had total confidence in creating the waterfall/cascade bouquet. I clearly stated the style I wanted on multiple occasions. I also stated what Types of greenery and flowers I did not want that was included in my inspiration picture. During the consultation I sent Julia a picture for her to have as a reference as well. Then a little over a week before my wedding, she messaged me stating she deleted my picture and wanted me to resend and also she needed to talk to me on what I wanted for my bouquet. This should have been the first major red flag as we went over in detail what exact greenery and flowers I wanted in my bouquet and the type. My inspiration picture was to be used as inspiration, not to be exact as it had things I did not want in my bouquet and I wanted the style different. Well two days before my wedding they sent me a picture of the bouquet. They included every item that I specifically told Julia I did not want in the bouquet and it was not a waterfall bouquet. It was a hand tied style bouquet. They then changed a few things, though still wasn’t what we asked for and I clearly said this is not the type of bouquet we agreed on. I was so fed up at this point I just replied I liked it better. It was a pretty bouquet but not what was ordered or paid for.
