Went to gnc lakeland and what a good experience. Leon was super knowledgeable and experienced with alot of the supplements I was looking for and very helpful. So if you're looking for a family vibe without someone trying to upsell you then gnc lakeside it's where it's at

This place need love and attention from the owner or whoever running it.i got kicked out after trying to buy meal replacement, preworkout,and other product.i got kicked out by security saying the owner of the place wanted me out.because he did not want to give me service and I was taking close to an hour.i was discriminated as I don't know what qualify been able to shop in peace.been watched from camera and the manager not showing face to get me kicked out was creepy.i had over 500 dollar worth of product because I was going to use there buy 2 get one off deal.the security said get out or I'll call cop.i bought nothing and will not give my money to store.the sales person was nice.but whatever guy that was watching in camera was creepy manager.i ended up going mulberry location seen owner and been able to be a normal costumer.one reason took long too was because store had expired product.please make change and make it more welcoming for people who want to not be harassed or take time looking at what product they want to buy and consume for their health.i am very disappointed that I could not support a local gnc and had to go to mulberry fl location.i hope if it was a male owner or male manager to please make a change at your discrimination. I am veteran ,hard worker and family man who won't be supporting this location. I hope people don't have to go through what I went.it bring bad reputation to ownership and lakeland when we have behavior of the owner or manager behaving that way.let people shop and peace.that was security in picture who harassed me while phone with manager or owner. I hope for best and this does not happen again.

Please, be careful with this store. It’s the second time we get expired products, expiration date October 2022 and July 2023. This is a GNC franchise that doesn’t care about their clients and is willing to profit no matter what.

I went into the store looking for a product I needed but had never used before. I explained my situation to the owner who told me he would have to convince me why something different was what I really needed. The product he was suggesting was double the price of what I went there for I told him I only had enough money for the cheaper one he said don't worry about that I want you to get the best product for what you need. He gave me the better product for half the price. This showed me how much he cared about what I needed and that I'd have the best outcome. He was not judgmental he explained how to use the product to have the best results. I'll never go anywhere else. He's my guy and this is my store. Thank you so so much.

As a former athlete and someone who leads a very active lifestyle, supplements have always been such a vital part of my life. Muscles need to be able to repair themselves and your body needs to recover- so GNC is a store that's been on my radar. Until my most recent visit, though, I didn't have as much appreciation for it as I do now. It can be tough to find good protein, preworkout or other supplements, and especially for a somewhat reasonable price. It should be widely known supplements are NOT cheap. And that's the small problem I had with GNC, they have such a broad variety of products which is awesome, but they're known to have typically higher prices than elsewhere. But I found out something awesome last time I went- they price match! Zack, one of the employees at this location was super helpful for us, and he said that if you can provide proof that there is a lower price presented by a different place/ business, they will match that price! That was seriously a game changer of coming to GNC or going somewhere else. So my best advice if you're like me and have always needed/ used supplements to help your lifestyle, or you're embarking on a new journey to become more active and want to make that change by getting some products to help- don't be afraid to ask the people working for advice (they can be really helpful, especially Zack at this location!), and do your research of what you might want, compare prices and sizes so that you can get the best deal possible!

Friendly!!! Knowledgeable!!! Have more supplies and options than any other GNC in Lakeland. Travel north Lakeland to this location just for their service and stock!

Awesome place to go for supplements. These guys know their stuff and are incredibly helpful. I was having trouble with a supplement bothering my stomach and went and talked to them about it. Their recommendation was exactly what I needed. Still getting what I want from the supplement without the stomach pain. Thanks!
