We just moved to Florida and my son needed a new haircut for his first day of school. 9 year olds don't like to sit still but she handled his non-stop talking the whole time, and he was the handsome little man that I asked wanted to show up on his first day at a new school

I took my son to get a fresh haircut for school. When the haircut was complete, she used hair product and combed it over, and it looked fine. But when we got home and he showered, we saw it’s a disaster. It’s extremely uneven and just doesn’t look right. He is crying that he can’t go to school like this. I can’t understand how the stylist didn’t realize his entire hair line is completely uneven. I feel almost as if she applied product so it wouldn’t be obvious. There’s no way she didn’t notice. Now I’m trying to figure out how to get this fixed before Monday. And I’m worried the shortest part is shorter than he wants, and when I get it fixed and even, it will no longer be long enough to do the style he wanted. Given the price, I wasn’t expecting amazing, but I feel simply expecting his hair to be even should be given no matter the price.

1st time I went I was NOT happy. The hair was wet when I left, so when it dried it looked the same. Hardly any layers. Just disappointed that I paid around 40 give or take. But I did come back just when the lady who did my hair wasn't there. I can't remember her name for the life of me but she was great! Fixed my hair the way I wanted it the first time. Glad I went back after all. Feel I should get my money back for the 1st cut! For real..

Yes, I was in Great clips today on Kathleen road and the Town& country shopping plaza in Lakeland, Florida. Crystal and shakim were waiting on customers left and right at speed and accuracy that I've only seen a few times. Always was a smile on. I've been going to this salon since they opened. I opened the Publix next to it and at that time I was a lot younger and had a lot more hair. Now I'm in and out a little bit faster but they still have the same great attitude and Crystal and she can't go above and beyond any expectations I've ever seen and I've offed them both jobs at Publix many times over we called it raving fans create raving fans and I believe that's what you have with them too at Town& country. Great clips, a Raven with me for a lifetime.

Brought my wife for a cut and Crystal the manager tried to convince her to get a buzz cut instead of hand cut as requested...she hand cut it but it took her only a short time and she hacked my wife's hair. She rushed because she didn't want to work at it. Lazy.

I forgot to register online, but luckily they were not busy and I waited less than 5 minutes. My stylist was friendly and gave me a super haircut. She listened to my preference as to the length and style.
