Horrible experience, got there 8:00am. My load got rejected, which was just blue pallets. No explanation or anything. Waited there for hours. Ended up delivering to another pallet place about 2 miles down the road. Oh yeah no person to talk to during check in.

These are a 3 buildings. One is for Chep and the other 2 are for Florida Star. I went to Florida Star building 1. I came late and gave me a door right away. I was unloaded by 2 guys. In and out. I wasn't even on their schedule they said but ik i was soar to be there at 9am and i got there at 2pm. Thank you guys.
