We were in search of a reclining leather couch. Melanie kindly greeted us, inquired of what we were looking for and offered her assistance. We found what we wanted almost immediately. The checkout process was seamless. Could not have asked for a better experience.

Wendy, sales manager, Dawn, sales associate and Lynn, interior designer were all friendly and helpful. Lynn explained her design process and I will definitely use this free service from Havertys for our new house.

Dawn, Sales Consultant, and Lynn, Design Consultant, were a pleasure to work with throughout the entire process. I am so glad I took advantage of the free Design service, Lynn was awesome. She requested a copy of our floor plan, recommended furniture based on our needs and provided a detailed computer overview. The delivery team was excellent and were very careful not to damage our door way while bringing in our furniture. We also received a furniture protection cleaning kit. On return visits Dawn recognized us and remembered details regarding our purchase many months ago. Highly recommend Havertys!

My husband and I purchased a Saturn sectional almost 2 years ago. When I purchased the sectional, my main request was that if it was going to be discontinued since we wanted to buy additional pieces later on, and I was assured that it would not be. If I knew the sectional would’ve been discontinued I would’ve never bought it.
At the beginning of this year, I was looking at purchasing pieces and I was told that the sectional was discontinued. They did have an ottoman left and we decided to purchase it. When we got it home, the dimensions were not as described on the website and we noticed the a distinct difference between the ottoman and our sectional. Our sectional is not in direct sunlight, cleaned with leather cleaner regularly and we do not allow our dogs on the couch.
I spoke to someone who worked at the store and the only offer they could give me was they could sell me accent chairs that would go with our sectional or file a claim. We filed a claim with Guardian. My complaints were a couple of scratches and the wear of the leather. When I went to go submit it, there were no options for my complaints and the representative. I spoke to was not helpful. We decided to not file the claim since none of the options fit our situation. Two separate individuals recommended me to shop at Haverty’s. One of them was a prior employee and the other was a family member who also had the same issues regarding the quality of the product and the lack of customer service from Guardian.
I feel like I was lead on by the saleswoman. We spent almost $5000 on the pieces that we have. We are still in the process of paying for the sectional. For the price we were charged, I expected better quality and customer service. I requested to even do a buy back option, which I was advised that the return window is only 30 days.
I would not recommend Haverty’s to anyone looking for good quality and long lasting furniture and will never purchase an extended warranty that is through Guardian again. Now, we are stuck with a sectional that does not fit our needs and no means to be able to accommodate our needs, which was my main concern.

Great store, great people. They are with you 100% but after the sale you can't find any help. I paid $6,000 for a beautiful leather sectional on top of that another $700 for a warranty. yes I have used it a couple of time and it helped. But now my coach is coming apart at a seam and the warranty claim keeps getting denied. So why did I pay so much money for this warranty that it only works for little things. Please someone help me.

Had an amazing 3-1/2 hour experience with Betty, the designer. We have an odd shaped living room and couldn’t figure out how to place a sectional in it without blocking the sliding glass doors, the fireplace, and the view of our pool and watch TV at the same time…after 3 years…FINALLY, we have a clear plan! We took her the measurements of the entire space, showed her pictures of our decor, and she keyed it all into a computer program and created a 3-D image on a large TV so we could see exactly where to move and place things! I can’t believe how easy it was for her to pull the whole space together! She is professional, brilliant, and has a great eye to create a beautiful cozy space! We were able to incorporate our existing furniture with our new couch and welcomed us into the world of "art"! I am in awe of this girls talent and will be leaning on her for future projects FOR SURE!
After we worked with Betty, we were introduced to Melanie, the manager! She was so professional! She even said we were a perfect example of when investing in furniture, why purchasing the Guardman warranty is so important! Worth EVERY penny! Together, this team made a very challenging task (for me) easy! Thank you Haverty’s and thank you girls for such a great experience!
