I file my taxes the 12 of January and the 21st they asked for a 1095a form. I went back and fill it out between 28-30 and they scanned it into my paper but now they can't seem to find it and I'll have to reupload it again all this is do is slowing me down on my money I need the money to help me out my family. Every year we didn't have a problem but this year nothing but problems. I'm not using them next year after this all this just stressed me out more and I don't need anymore stress.

The lady was super rude over the phone like she just didn’t want to do her job very irritated and I was just asking simple questions horrible customer service. I don’t recommend this office.

It is very expensive, and I already saw that they do not make all the moves to help taxpayers but next time I am going to work with turbotax myself, I do not recommend them at all!

My 96 year old mother was incorrectly declared deceased by the IRS as of 2019. Sandra helped me figure out what to do to handle it responsibly and mom ended up with a net gain because of the credits Sandra discovered for her.
