Was working with Sandra for over a month and half on filling my taxes, she did not respond to my message or update me for over a month and now my taxes are late and will probably have to pay late fees.

Sandra was amazing. My taxes were a headache I've been dreading all year, and Sandra took care of all of that and more. She is incredibly kind and professional, and I would recommend everyone to her.

Unprofessional tax representative. Couldn't get a response, filing took weeks with all necessary paperwork submitted. Would not recommend if you are strapped on time, semi filing online.

I've been coming to this office for 5-6 years now and Brenda behind the service desk definitely needs a raise. She has been juggling IT issues, phone issues(keeps getting calls for other locations), people coming in with nasty attitudes, a tax pro that couldn't make it in, and still has a lovely demeanor, scanning in everyone's documents... seems like she's really doing the work of 2-3 people and has been slam packed since I've been here(a little over an hour as my appointment was with the pro that couldn't make it in).Brenda is a champ!
