Needed to amend my 22’ taxes before the cutoff this year and set up 3 separate phone call appts and never received the call from them nor a call to reschedule. Poor customer service.

Received a letter from the IRS stating my 2022 taxes were never filed. I have attempted to contact them and have been unable to reach them as well when calling the customer service number get scheduled for a call back but never actually received a call back.
