Service is so bad that after multiple times trying to contact them to setup an appointment, I could not make it. A couple of times they hang up the phone immediately. I decided to mved to another more reputable professional.

First off, when calling to make an appt the receptionist made me feel like my call was not welcome, she sounded flustered and not able to handle phone calls and whatever else was going on...made an appt online same location. Tax agent made some "interesting" (borderline unprofessional) comments about how I'm filing and not being the one claiming my son as well as a comment on the one I'll be claiming next year. Personal opinions on family situations should not be commented on in such a way by a tax professional even in a 'joking' manor IF thats what it was. Not happy with this location at all, will not be back.

They messed up my payment and charged me twice for the same year, then would not respond to me to give me my extra payment back and my bank had to file for fraud to get me my money xtra payment back. Very frustrating and unacceptable/ very unprofessional.

The service i received from Evelyn at the plantation square location in lakeland Florida was spectacular she was on top of everything, very kind and funny! She was also very good with my 2 kids, they did not faze her one bit! I recommend evelyn to everyone that asks about where to file there taxes. For quick and friendly service shes your gal!
