Customers report a great experience with Imperial Tropicals. The website is well laid out and filled with pertinent information about each fish, and the stock is impressively large. The checkout process is straightforward. Fish are packed and shipped, arriving healthy. One customer received beautiful and healthy cichlids, including Malawi peacocks/Haps and Madagascar cichlids, each individually bagged and in top condition. Fish ate well. Another first time online buyer was nervous ordering live animals but found communication extremely well from start to finish, with all fish and snails arriving perfectly healthy. Shipping cost was very reasonable. Customers look forward to future tropical fish needs and dealing with Imperial Tropicals again. The staff was amazing and extremely accommodating. People should make an appointment.

Chase is the man very knowledgeable and openness give ideas. The staff was amazing,extremely accommodating !!! Mike was so understanding that I showed up with out an appointment. Thats on me. PEOPLE MAKE AN APPOINTMENT!!!
