Very disappointed in their store. None of the guys seem to have a care about their job. And they have no issue making people waste time and fuel for warranties. From a long-time interstate customer, this store will never have my business again

Got stuck because my battery died, had to get a jump-start and as soon as I did I went to Interstate battery. I was in out in a jiffy! They were polite and knowledgeable, put my battery in and I was back on the road in 15 minutes!

I went in this morning because my car was having some issues getting started up. They were able to quickly check both the alternator and the battery and determined the alternator is doing just fine but the battery was dead. They got it changed for me very quick and got me on my way. Very quick service and the battery was fairly priced as well. I'll definitely be back.

Wasn't very happy with the service there. Got a battery. I'm not thinking it could be my battery. I took it to a mechanic that diagnosed it could be my push-button starter button. I'm not happy about waiting four days for the part. Got that repaired for about 300.00. It worked well for about a week. Then the same problem was happening again. Another mechanic figured out it was the negative post cable. Not tight enough. Told it back to their shop. They put on a sleeve on it. Three days later, it came loose again. The battery was the same as my factory one, so they claim. They didn't even offer to help toward paying for the part. They just made excuses that it was not their fault.

After reading all this nice comments for this company I’m assuming that all comments have to be for other stores not the one in Lakeland,because the one here is faraway from a good store.Around 6 months ago I purchased battery for my truck with an 18 months warranty,3 weeks ago the battery started with problems again so I went back to the store to get checked I they told me that the battery on my truck was and old one and that it was a Walmart brand ,they was the only ones that touched that truck what’s means that they never replaced the batt the first time and that they ripped me off the first time in top of that the nasty attitude of the manager was disgusting now a week later a have no choice that go back there and purchase another batt not with out getting another round of nasty comments from the wonderful manager.concluding the Interstate Battery Company is one of my favorite stores nationwide but the Lakeland Fl store is a cave of crooks and nasty people never recommend again.

Georgia, the manager, helped me today when I really needed it. Not only did she make sure that I got back on the road safely, but it was very obvious that she cared about my well-being because I was super stressed. In todays world, it is comforting to know that there are still kind people out there who care about others. Interstate All Batteries, by far, have the best deal on batteries. I highly recommend them.
