I purchased a dozen specific shelves for my kiln that were not carried by other manufactures. The price was right as in over half of the original manufacturer and were identical as far as I can tell. I Would purchase again as they promptly shipped my order and it came 100% intact in pretty strong wooden crate.

Jen-Ken Kilns are the best! Customer service is top notch! their staff is friendly and knowledgeable. every time I have called they have answered promptly and provided the technical data and parts that I needed.
