I have been buying cars over many decades. Being out of the area, where my residence is, I thought that I would give this dealership a try. One dealership that I tried did a bait and switch on me. A Lincoln that was advertised, with the price lowered was advertised on the internet. I was told that the vehicle was available for purchase. When I finally talked to the salesman he said that the car went to auction that morning. The next vehicle he could offer was $10,000 more out the door. This was not the case with Jenkins. My salesman, Allen, was outstanding. His actions were almost spontaneous with any requests that I had. We finished the transaction in a week complete with registration. The car is a certified Lincoln and they are holding it until I pick it up in a couple of weeks. This salesman and this dealership are outstanding thus far and would be a wise start for anyone interested in a certified Lincoln. Update although the car was exceptional when I went to pick it up it was neither detailed, in fact it was untidy considering it was a delivery. As promised the gas tank was not filled. The more I inspected it the more disappointed I became. My excellent salesman was under the weather and nobody picked up the ball. Make sure everyone keeps their word before delivery!!

Don Thompson was a very courteous and knowledgeable salesperson. Absolutely no pressure involved during our entire transaction. His manager, George Lemister, also proved to be gracious and professional to work with as we completed all the paperwork. Jenkins Lincoln has the old fashion dealership qualities missing in this "sell by computer" world we have now. The salespeople actually sell their product with pride and knowledge. It was a refreshing experience.

I've purchased several lincolns there before. My parents have also purchased lincolns at Jenkins. I am currently checking their cars and prices. I'm expecting to find a car my wife and I like at a good price. They always have nice people to work with both on the sales and maintenance sides of the dealership.

From our neighbor who works there and told us about it, to the sales people who treated us with the utmost respect, to the cart (Holy Hannah what a cart!). We looked at all the new stuff on the lot and really liked a couple different brands for different reasons. Then we were shown (heavenly music in the background) the Star Sirius and there was no looking back. We love it and have no regrets.

Don’t tell service customers that something is gonna take 30 minutes and leave them waiting for 3 and a half hours. Under promise and over deliver. Create expectations that set yourself and your brand up for success. Very inconsiderate of the service department to leave my wife stranded in your waiting area to wonder when you’re gonna be done. That’s flat out being clueless when it comes to customer service.

Horrible management by Bob. Long story short, I was told I'd be without a car for 3 days, but that ended up being for 2 1/2 weeks! I would call several times to speak with Bob or anyone that could give me an update, but they all said Bob would call me back (he never did). Ended up calling corporate and having to go to the Tampa location which was 10x's BETTER. Don't waste your time here.

I was looking for a used car after someone totaled our car. I bought the car based upon the representations of the dealership online they were the most pleasant and wonderful group to deal with The car was better than I expected and I got probably the best price ever got in a car in my life. They get all the work before it left. I could not be happier with this company I highly recommend Jenkins Lincoln I highly recommend Jenkins Lincoln.

I see a lot of positive feedback on these reviews, this won't be one of those.I took my car in for service, fuel issues, it had 3 fuel codes.They had my car for 13 days. After spending over over $1K, and listening to a lot of B.S.. Picking it up for the 2nd time, I barely made it home. My car was worse than it was when I brought it to Jenkins. I took my car to another technician and there were now 8 codes, and the engine cowling was missing (the cover over the upper engine).Never again!Reggie Anderson.

I called this place to order a part for my mercury Milan and they told me that it would take about a week to come in so then I tried calling Jarrett Ford in plant city and they got it the next day. All these Ford Lincoln Mercury dealerships order from the same warehouse so I’m not sure why it would take Jenkins Lincoln a week to get it but needless to say I went to Jarrett Ford to get my part.

The service department at Jenkins Lincoln has the worst customer service. It is nearly impossible to reach the one man working in the department and he is the rudest and most condescending person imaginable for a customer service position. He assumed I could not afford a repair on my car and just handed me my keys and said its not under warranty. I took it to Bartow Ford prepared to pay for the repair, only to have them tell me it is covered and they fixed it at no cost. If you made the mistake of doing business at Jenkins Lincoln, do yourself a favor and go to Bartow Ford for service and repairs. They do warranty work for Lincoln and it is far better than anything at Jenkins.
