ABSOLUTELY THE WORSE EXPERIENCE WITH SERVICE. First they have you waiting for your car for hours. You have to constantly check to make sure they are doing their job. No one notified me of any new services that I needed so I left and had to get a new battery and four new tires within a month. I called up recently to request proof of software. After two days of getting the run around this lady whose name I didn't get but I'm sure was the manager said I needed ID. Which is fine however, after two days of trying to get documents and promises of someone suppose to email me now you inform me I need to come in? Service is trash! I would rather drive an hour and 15 min to get my ca serviced than deal with the incompetent people at this location.

Bad experience. Went in to compare a couple different vehicles and see which one I wanted. On the phone they were great, polite and helpful. In person it was completely different. The salesperson was almost argumentative and very unhelpful. He gave conflicting information, denied what I had just seen on the website. Finally after convincing him to look at their own website he saw what I was talking about, but still was argumentative about the added packages and fees. Much better experience at Winter Haven Hyundai. Do yourself a favor and pass on Lakeland Hyundai.

I never received a survey from Hyundai, but I definitely wanted to share my experience. I was so impressed and so thankful. This is by far the best experience I have ever had with any Hyundai dealership. I brought in my Genesis GV80 for service and I was assigned to Anthony. Every dealership in Tampa and surrounding areas should emulate the Lakeland location for professionalism, courtesy and cleanliness.. From the moment I arrived Anthony greeted me in a professional manner and provided information on current recalls and addressed all my concerns. Anthony provided his contact information and contacted me with updates and provided times when to pickup my vehicle. When I picked up my vehicle it looked like it was professionally detailed. I am on my 3rd Genesis and this experience will have me acquiring my fourth. Thank you!

I was bringing my car in for a oil change and George Mercado offered to appraise my vehicle. I told him I didn't think I would get approved and I didn't want to waste his time or mine. He actually was able to work with me and gave me a great deal on a new 2023 elantra. He was direct and to the point. He kept to his word that he would not waste my time or his.

Had an appointment scheduled treated like a walk-in didn't even bother getting the service done $75 plus taxes and fees so more like $80-85 for a cabin air filter is excessive! And I love that the service advisors stay at their desks and exclusively rely on the porters to talk to the customers. Great service!

My Family and I Always have a Great experience with Lakeland Hyundai but especially today. I needed a oil change before heading out of state for a funeral. Lakeland Hyundai was very accommodating, professional and welcoming. They’re always pleasant to speak/work with. I was able to get in and out in a timely manner. They offer complimentary donuts, coffee and water while you wait. The building is always very clean and smells nice.

The sales experience was amazing at Lakeland Hyundai. Our sales rep Tom Wolf went above and beyond helping us throughout the process. Every Sales Person should be trained in the same fashion as Tom. We spent very little time at the dealership and we were presented clear numbers out the door without any issues. Everyone was very up front and the deal was super smooth in all aspects. The financing piece was very quick and the finance rep worked with us and explained everything very clearly. They even made sure not to charge us for extra add-ons that were not applicable to our deal. Overall very happy with this purchase experience.

Awesome experience going to Lakeland Hyundai! I went in to find out information on the Palisade and came home with a brand new one! Definitely recommend shopping here. Everyone is so nice. Especially my salesman Julio Aguilar! He went out of his way making sure what I was looking for, if I had any questions he had all the right answers. He explained how everything works in the Palisade. He was so thorough I couldn't think of anything more to ask. It is such a nice ride!

They sold me a car with defective paint. They repainted it and now its worse as there is now dirt under the area they painted. I got corporate involved as I dont want the vehicle anymore and wanted it repurchased back from me. Robert the GM lied and claimed there was never an issue with the paint when I bought it and insinuated that I caused the issue yet I have a witness and text messages to my salesman that prove it was there when I purchased it. Hyundai corporate denied my claim because of roberts colorful story and now I am going ahead with a lemon law. I purchased the car because I was promised that it was an easy fix and repainting was never brought up at the time of the sale. I was told it would look brand new and it looks worse. Straight up potential buyers beware. I never should have bought a hyundai. Once they get your money they want nothing to do with you.

Jimbo is who I've dealt with but everyone speaks and conversate with you. The experience here was astonishing. I recommend Lakeland Hyundai, because they care about you, the car, and all of you financials. I was blessed to get the car I have. Please, if your searching for a new vehicle; this is the place. They're patient, understanding and caring. They're not pushy or forceful but they will make it work no matter what. Pray and come see Lakeland Hyundai and see what you get. Box of chocolate baby. It was a great experience overall. Everyone was very nice and attentive. The buying process was smooth and efficient. George Mercado was our sales rep, and he was very knowledgeable, professional, personable and just awesome! We enjoyed working with him very much! He's definitely an asset to Lakeland Hyundai.

Went in for my oil change appointment which I had scheduled about a week and a half ago. Went inside spoke to a service guy and he couldn’t locate my appointment. Eventually he was able to located my appointment he said that it wasn’t for today but for next week on the 21st. I then proceeded to inform him that there was no way it was booked for the 21st because I was able to find a time slot for the 14th at 2:00PM, he then proceeded to tell me that there was no way you were able to schedule an appointment because we are booked out for 3 weeks out. I even asked them if there was anything they could have done for me due to the fact that I had to rearrange my work schedule just to come today for the appointment. The two service guy at this point just kept going back and forth and basically was like we can’t get you in today because right now we are 3 hours backed up. I also did not appreciate the way the service guy was speaking to me basically calling me a liar because I was able to get a time slot for today. Overall, the only decent service I got was when I purchase the car they are very nice to you when you are looking to purchase a car but after that the service you get is not okay. I have never have this much issue with getting an oil change for my car before until I switch over to Hyundai. I was so upset I went and spoke to one of the lady at the front desk and she was able to get my car in for service today. The fact that I’m willing to spend so much on a car and get the worst service is not acceptable and I will never come back to Hyundai especially this one in Lakeland. I will take my money somewhere else and I suggest you do the same.

They are open on Sunday which was a plus for someone who is working during the weekdays. The place was clean, and spacious. Employees were really accommodating. They didn’t left us from the time we arrived to inquire until we decided to purchase one. Christopher was really patience to us during the whole process as we can’t really decide between 2 trims and we kept on changing our minds. He remained so professional, accommodating, and friendly. Overall, we are a satisfied customer on this branch and highly recommend their customer service and Chris too.
