I'm 62 years old and was very out of shape.. I hired Life fit and Brandy is my personal trainer.. AWESOME! Not only did I lose 14 lb the first 2 months I was there but my muscle mass has grown tremendously! Not to mention my confidence!! Life changing experience for me!
