Coach Dubie is hands down the one you want to work with if you serious, impressive results. Not only does he have expertise in exercise science and nutrition, he is also an incredibly effective communicator and motivator. He will bring out the best in you! I highly recommend his services!

I'm 62 years old and was very out of shape.. I hired Life fit and Brandy is my personal trainer.. AWESOME! Not only did I lose 14 lb the first 2 months I was there but my muscle mass has grown tremendously! Not to mention my confidence!! Life changing experience for me!

I've been going to LifeFit for over a year and I absolutely love this place. My trainer, Justin is also the best! He listens to my goals and adjusts my workout plan accordingly. I have never looked better, and I feel amazing, all thanks to Justin and LifeFit!
