I changed to Link pharmacy because he said I’ll match Publix good rx prices which in the beginning he did.I now have Medicare drug plan and on 2/5/2025 I was charges $105.00dollars and I said what about my drug plan.He said I wanted to use good rx.That was a lie.Link pharmacy is in my Humana network but he won’t use it.My drug plan would have covered about $70.00 of the $105.00 I was charged.When I got home we called him to correct this and he refused.So I’ll be transferring all my refills back to Publix as they are in network and said no problem we will handle it for you.

This pharmacy was incredibly helpful and patient with figuring out how to get my prescription that was out of stock in addition to speaking with my insurance to ensure it will be covered. He spent over 30 minutes on the phone with me and them to ensure I was taken care of. I would recommend to any family and friends to not only support a great business but to support a small local business.

He spent over 30 minutes on the phone with me and them to ensure I was taken care of. The BEST pharmacy in Lakeland!!! I have had multiple prescriptions filled with Link Pharmacy. The customer service is top tier. The Pharmacist/ Owner goes above and beyond to ensure my prescriptions are filled and the price is affordable. The Pharmacist is professional, patient, and kind when answering any questions and addressing concerns. 10/10 I highly recommend!

I had a very frustrating time with my previous pharmacies over the past year. The pharmacist at Link pharmacy was incredibly kind and patient with my prescription concerns. Very personable and was willing to take time to talk things out and actually inform me about the specifics.

Link Pharmacy provides excellent customer service. They are consistent and affordable! The Pharmacist/ Owner always goes out of his way to address my questions and ensures my prescriptions are filled timely. I highly recommend!
