Shawn was very patient, thorough and helpful when my partner and I came in last night to try and find a new mattress. We ended up walking out with finding a great fit for us as well as getting a parting gift of a few very nice quality pillows with the mattress. Did not push, like he said he isn't a car salesman, but did take the time with us and answered all the questions we possibly had. Even ended up getting a great quality bed frame I wouldn't have thought about needing prior. Very much recommend, and looking forward to getting our bed delivered tomorrow- only 2 days after ordering ??
