Most important factor dealt with me fairly. Showing bank interests offer and allowing me to choose. The only real negative thing was the Disney music in the background. Over all was a great experience.

After 20 years of Verizon repeatedly making me upgrade plans for better service & more money, I decided to try the switch to Sprint. I got a good plan with a new iPhone11 and was hoping for the best. Problem is that I work from home and require the ability to occasionally use the hotspot while making and taking numerous calls at the same time & Sprint's network couldn't accomplish what I needed. It is what it is. I went back to undo my efforts from the day before and they were very understanding. Obviously not happy with it but they didn't try to give me an ultimatum or some hard time saying I had to pay retail for the iPhone11 or anything. They just listened to what I had to say, made a couple calls to their superiors, canceled the contract and swapped the new phone for my old one (I lucked out that it was still in the store & hadn't been mailed out yet). So, while I'm not impressed by the technology offered by the Sprint network, I am very impressed with their customer service and that's an area that is lacking nearly everywhere nowadays. Had I just needed the phone for personal use, I'm certain the Sprint networks would be more than adequate. If you have questions, go here and talk to them. They're good people that will listen to you & will do their best to help you however they can.

Stopped in on my day off to upgrade my iPhone. Was served by Dee Who was outstanding. She was on her own for a while and multitask between myself and others very effectively and efficiently. She kept reassuring everybody that they were not being neglected or ignored and she did everything for everyone with a smile and a great sense of humor.

They just want to make a sale. Went in for a SIM card only. They insisted on opening an account and would not tell me price until after it was done. Twenty minutes later the card was free but the account opening would cost $36.00, They could have told me the minimum charge would be $36 but use the time waste to sell you. I drove from this franchise store to the corporate store on S. Florida Avenue and got the card in three minutes and free! The corporate store has five times the selection and better support staff. The "...by Maycom" in the title above tells you that it is a franchise and all they was is $$$$$.

I had broken my screen and went into the store dreading how the issue would be fixed. Marco... thank you for being patient and explaining all my options. I felt no stress or pressure to purchase something I didn't need. I have always appreciated this location. Thank you for excellent service.

Terrible customer service! The unexperienced store manager in Port Charlottte lacks of training and causes issues between customers and transactions done at the store. District manager Jessica O'connell seems to not care at all so Maycom Communications structure and it's upper management are a wreck. DO NOT DO BUSINESS at these franchise stores to save you a waste of time and money.

Lesley was so awesome help me with everything I came in with. Lesley was also great with my two kids . They're very shy. They definitely came out they're shells with her. I definitely recommend her !
